Service King Collision Tolleson (Now Crash Champions)

This shop fixed my car and when I brought it home it was not quite back to normal. I called in an the Service Manager Fermin took care of everything and got my car back to normal! He was great and very helpful. Will bring my car back if ever I need to do so.

UPDATE: Would you like to explain to me how I got my car back with TWO NEW DOOR DINGS INCLUDING THE NEW QUARTER SIDE PANEL YOU SUPPOSEDLY REPLACED. THIS COMPANY REALLY CRAPPED THE BED. *****DO NOT HAVE YOIR CAR REPAIRED HERE. ****I hate to be lied to when I have it in writing that a service was supposedly performed and the GM, Farrel, tells me different. Four wheel alignment after a collision and the car pulls to the right. Farrel tried to tell me it was only one tire on the rear that needed aligning and so was just done on the tear. Nice try kitty.
I had also asked for a separate part to be ordered for a previous repair. I opted into text messages for updates. After discovering they never ordered the part I requested, I was told I opted into text messages. I must be stupid, WHAT? ! You didn't order my part or inform me you couldn't get it in time because I opted into EFFING TEXT MESSAGES? ! Be warned.
These clowns will probably eff up your car after they claim to fix it.

Don't get a rental from them they will keep your car longer knowing your paying the rental too

Really bad service the first visit I guess the supervisor was actually screaming at a employee in front of us then I was promise I would receive my estimate in a couple of days the weeks passed and didn’t receive nothing so every time I called I received different excuses of why I didn’t receive the estimate I asked for them to email it to but never got it I wouldn’t like to imagine how long they would of taken to fix my truck

Had to come here and give these guys a huge thank you. Not only does my car look brand new, they have been fantastic about giving me updates and got it back quicker than anticipated. Front desk ladies are very kind and helpful. Marcin was the one working on my car and did a great job. He was very professional, broke down the quote part by part, and overall provided fantastic customer service. I will be coming here for any body work for my Audi from here on out. Thank you Crash Champions. You guys rock!

Thank you to the wonderful staff you kept me well informed and educated on the process of my car! You got me in and out on time conjunction with my rental car. Just can't beat the politeness and courteous that I was provided.

I had to go back to that place four times because they forgot to put back the water winshiel reservoir in my truck. Bad customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I would never bring my car here or recommend it to anyone. Terrible workmanship is an understatement. Had my car for almost 3 months and still couldn't fix it right. I accepted my car because I was tired of driving a rental vehicle that they were paying for. They have an excuse for everything. Cannot own up to their mistakes, just "we're not perfect". I am more than happy to share my experience with anyone who doubts it.

This place was great! Took my 2021 Chevy Silverado for damage on tailgate & rear bumper. The repair went great and they even put my aftermarket black Chevrolet lettering back on the tailgate. Truck was finished & ready at the estimated time. Pick up was easy & quick, best of all is they kept me updated throughout. I will most definitely take my truck back if needed.

Wish Service King was still in business this play camp collision or whatever is a joke try to cancel an appointment was in form we had one at 7: 30 that we checked in and it was it 9: 50 that I called nothing happened I strongly and highly recommend do not go to the store anytime soon ever

I took my vehicle in to get my driver side mirrior replaced and painted I loved everything about my experience they are respectful, great communication and fast this whole process was simple and easy with a push of a button on my phone everything was done all I had to do was drop off and pick up i was very pleased and will be back again

Brought my car in from getting rear ended, the customer service was top tier they explained everything throughly and assisted me with getting a rental. Car was done 2 weeks before expected date looked brand new!

They did work on my GMC and it was awesome. Jessica provided me with excellent customer service and return my rental car with no problem she awesome too.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE company! They are NOT BBB accredited, they have a D- on the BBB website. DO NOT GO TO THEM
They had my car for a little over a month during which time I had a rental that I was paying for. They told me and my insurance that they did things to my car that they CLEARLY DID NOT DO! They did a horrible job with EVERYTHING they did do! My car slants now to the right, the hood is put on wrong, things are broken (which were fine before), my hood doesn’t stay up, my car pulls now, my car make a knocking noise. I took my car in 3 times (which I made appointments for and I had to take time off work) to have them fix their mistakes. Everytime they couldn’t fix it for some reason or another. The last time they said they would get me a rental while they fixed my car. Come to find out that was a lie too. After waiting an hour (for an appointment I had scheduled and again missing work) I found out I was having to pay for my own rental. How do these people sleep at night. I a a single mom, I was hit by someone who took off and then having to deal with the nightmare of trying to get my car fixed. Now I have a broken, ugly car that I am embarrassed to drive but I can’t afford anything else or to have my car fixed somewhere else. These people make me sick.

As the name implies Service is what you get. SERVICE KING TOLLESON didn't drop the ball from the beginning to the end.
It's nice to deal with a company that does what they say and then takes the extra step.
