Shake Shack, Phoenix AZ

First impressions are lasting impressions and sadly this was my first Shake Shack experience. Granted, this was an airport location so I should have known better, but thought.why not. The staff looked miserable, service was awful and my order was wrong. How do you screw up a burger? Seriously? Oh, go to Shake Shack at the airport.that's how.

Terrible, service slow, a confused staff. The place is dirty, needs to be closed and cleaned. Trash and garbage everywhere. Service took 30 minutes, 4 cash terminals, one cashier working. I had to walk a country mile for this bad experience.
Stay away.

Polite staff and really good burgers and chocolate custard, order came up fast. Restaurants could use some retooling of line location and setup.

I saw a review with a photo of a raw burger, and when I asked for a well-done burger, the person taking my order made surprised faces and as if they didn't understand what I told them. Unfortunately, I ended up receiving a raw burger too.

I love this place they were very fast with the service and fanimal food was yummy and restaurant was clean

Made fresh to order burger.it was delicious.ive been to other shake shack locations but this one was really good.the burger came out hot and seasoned well.the fries super crispy.only issue is the prices are more expensive because it's at the airport.located in gate F in the back.there is seating inside and outside the restaurant.

Food was fine but the service is abysmal. The staff clearly don’t care about their jobs and were openly cursing with each other and complaining in front of customers. Not sure if the manager on duty is just powerless or negligent but it was definitely an unprofessional environment.

One particular staff member was consistently rude, acted like she did not care about anything, and was overall unpleasant. I unfortunately did not get her name. She claimed to have called our name over 10 min ago, but if she did, it was quietly.
The shakes tasted good, but they were 'alright'.

Took awhile to order, they had a pretty long line around lunch time. But Lonnie was super nice, quick to take our order and our food came out within 3 mins. Couldn’t complain when we were looking for a quick bite before our flight!

Overpriced. Tasted good but the burger was a mess. Looked like it was just slapped together with no care and then sat on. Good thing I was starving.

Ordered the bacon cheese fries, it came out in seperate containers and cheese look like it was a week old! It was disgusting

Had one girl that didn't get all of our order, didn't confirm it either so we didn't know till we got our food. Had to get back in line and got another cashier, Tarriyah. SHE IS GOLD. She asked how we were before we ordered, smiled the entire transaction and was just a freaking Rockstar the entire time we ate. You can tell she cares about all her customers and takes pride in her job. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK TARRIYAH

Great hamburger! Slow service, except the person who take the money on front seems like everyone else are like, not really excited and really like not even caring what they doing, the food is one thing but their faces say something else, and is very expensive 24 dollars for a hamburger mushroom Swiss, small fries and a small soda
