Recently moved to Phoenix about a month ago brought my pets down down here and they did an amazing Job on my Husky my groomers name was West she did an amazing job my dog smelt good teeth were clean and super honest I wanted to do a deshedding and she advised me not to do it yet until we see her 2nd coat coming out she was super honest and not trying to just take someone’s money.definitely will be going back. Already made an appointment for my other dog

I have been taking my dog to shampooch2 for years! And they are amazing great customer service everyone there treats you like family I would recommend everyone to bring there fur baby here!

I made the big mistake to try to bring my baby to Petco, because it washer first time ever they didn't want to try to cut her hair but I know there are places like Shampooch that I heard have patience with newbies. So I brought my fur baby for her 1st time being groomed to this location and Regina made my baby with a perfect cut. Zora and I were so happy with the results. Here she is smiling. Have been told from credible sources they hit your dog if the dog is not behaving while being groomed. This has been reported to AZ Humane Society

My dog Penny came out looking awesome from the groomer. Wasn't too keen with the immature little brat who was at the front desk and was snappy with me about me not telling her that Penny had allergies and I didn't write it down on the card but I had no comparints about that part of the visit hence why it's only a 3 star rating.

Riley looks great! Thank you West for the lovely grooming. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was asking about dental and another groomer overheard and took the time to show me pictures of her own dog that uses the service. Riley and I are very happy with Shampooch 2.

We have used Shampooch on Bell Road at 40th Street for a year and are very pleased. Our groomer is Rich. When your dog is happy to see the groomer, you know they are loved there. In addition, it is always clean. I highly recommend Shampooch.

I’ve been to the bell location several times now and they always do an amazing job. My dog gets very nervous (to the point of shaking right when we walk in the dog) going to groomers and the staff always make Reese feel safe. Her cuts always come out so great!
