Shannon Park Apartments, Tucson AZ

I've been watching this complex for a few months because it's in the area I'm looking. However, the manager has not returned my emails or phone calls for 3 months. I've reached out probably about 5 times in that period. I even tried to apply for a unit, and I had questions about the application so I called.no answer, no callback. I've also noticed that this complex seems to have a high turnover rate, much higher than others in the immediate area.
