3I go in for occasional alignments both neck and spine. Unfortunately, they are out of network for me. I have to find another in network provider. Too bad. PT and massage therapy help as well.
Dr. Shaw and staff are absolutely great people. My adjustments are mostly realignment through deep stretches (Don't knock it, it works) and also by normal manipulation. It's so nice to have your doctor actually listen to what you think may be going on with your own body and discuss it. And when it's not what you are thinking, having it explained and having that knowledge is priceless. I am always shown the stretches to help me through what is going on at the time. We've been coming to Dr. Shaw for several years and are very happy.
Have not been in years but my body needs his help. Wonderful staff. Excellent Chiropractor Noel Shaw. Can't wait to see him again.
