Beautiful area and appears to be a nice place to live.however, the very high costs and membership limitations of the golf course are a no go. Very disappointing for a golfer interested in living in the neighborhood.

Being in real estate I have sold clients homes and then help them find their new home. I've had the experience of getting my clients into a new build by Shea homes. I stay in touch with my clients and believe me they love their stay homes. Trilogy at Verde River is not only a great investment but it will check every box on your want list. Shea homes has the experience, they have the expertise and talent of real builders. I don't believe that you can go wrong purchasing a Shea home.

One of the greatest golf courses I have visited in many years. The food at the turn was amazing and I can only think returning would be awesome.

Mountain views spectacular with depth and contrasts. Never gets old watching both sunrises over 4 Peaks or sunsets near Tom's Thumb ridgeline. Golf? Incredible fairways and greens. Still open to public and the club and golf course restaurants have beautiful scenic tables and decent food

Our new Shea home needed repairs and changes from week one. Landscaping design in and around the lot is substandard. Repairs and improvement requests are often met with resistance. HOA is over priced for what you get. Common facilities are not to par with other sister developments. Too small!
Speaking of small. The resort collection (duplexes) garages are undersized. We did not catch that at the sale. I can not park my standard size pick-up in the garage because the garage is not deep enough. Also, the duplex homes are expected to store their garbage cans in the garage. A real space killer!

The sales experience was great. I wish the move-in and subsequent several months would have gone better. The wife likes it here but I’m having serious concerns. I’m not alone.several neighbors have vented their concerns to me. Hoping things improve. Beautiful location with some of the best panoramic views. One of the reasons this is the most expensive Trilogy. Crossing my fingers and hoping my personal circumstances change for the better. Being negative is detrimental! Any Shea supervisors reading this?
