Shell, Phoenix AZ

Went into buy lottery tickets Also bought Altoids mints. After getting home. Noticed bb date is 3/9/22. Today is 2/23/23. Those are all most 1 year past bb date.

After 20+ years of living in Phoenix, after washing my vehicles myself by hand, going to many different full service carwahing places, I've found that this one takes the most time and care to do good work.

Erika is not nice and this store is dirty! I stopped going here because Erika is very rude.
GO TO THE CIRCLE K OR QT! Way better service

Every time i come here… I live in the apartments across the street, it’s always a 5 min closed sign or they’re closed extremely early for no reason. The hours are poor. The staff is careless as 5 min waits are a majority of 10-15 min. Not to mention a business that’s local wanting to make money and for the locals to support! You’re never there. I’ve either driven or walked to the nearest Circle K a block away multiple times. I find it funny, not an irrelevance. A business to stay running with no labor available or at their convenience or shut down when they feel like it. Why bother coming anymore when you have to make additional trips for gas etc.

Very negative experience at this shell, you can't use gas pumps which is next to car wash, otherwise you do some type of service, ok I decided to do oil change since I can do it all at the same time, as a result $93 should be full synthetic oil, 30 min later I'm at home I found few drops of oil, decided to jack it up and double check, so 2 missing screw's and completely loose oil filter that you spin by hand, we tried to called them and they said: it's ok we will give you 2 free car washes, I learned my lesson no more shell service!

Went to three pumps today and none of them worked. No signs posted, and the pump is frozen on the screen so it looks like it would work. This is every time I come to this gas station, it’s the closest on to where I live. 0 stars if I could.

It was ban real bad, boss Mexican girl was arguing with coworker about screwing her husband, my debit card failed because she did something wrong on register although I have 10.000 on card, pretty candy won’t take the place of real person at cash register, either eating or on phone

I bought a 2pack of classic tobacco pods which said $9.99 and the price jumps from $9.99 to $14.99 plus tax $1.29 just for two pods! I try to explain to the lady and she acts like she don’t know English then I ask for the receipt and she gives me this look like I know she’s screwing me. All I know is I’d rather driver to 10 more gas stations before getting ripped off from this location. Don’t ever go to this Shell there’s hundreds of different locations you can get gas with better service! The owner or GM should be ashamed because they as crooked as it gets! No wonder why they don’t have a Yelp because they’re business would go straight to the toilet!

The two women that work here are literally never in the store. I don’t understand how the owners aren’t aware or done care. This is the middle of a Sunday afternoon, they lock the door and just leave pretty much 24/7. There’s a “back in 5 minutes” sign on the door and it’s been 10 minutes

New owners, again. I only gave a 1 star review because I have to. Paid $19.99 for a car wash thinking it should be a decent wash. Wrong. I had to wash my car on the inside when I got home. I don't think the windows were done at all. This is the worst car wash I ever paid for and won't be going back.

If i could give zero i would. Worst pumps. Wasted my rewards and pump was barely moving, got just over a gallon, girl inside told me it won’t work, and i can’t use rewards on another one.
