Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

½ A lovely hotel and convention center. The staff was fantastic. My only complaint was a lack of response to a request made through the app. I asked that my room be serviced (first time in 5 days), but it didn't happen. When I got back to my room, after midnight, I had to call down to guest services to request toilet paper and towels.

As a conference center, it was fabulous! The rooms were a good size for a variety of sessions/presentations. We also had food catered from the hotel during the conference. The snacks were good (my favorite was the chocolate drizzled rice krispy treats) but breakfast was lacking.

I also was not impressed by the &More bar/café. Three meals and each one was disappointing and over priced. I understand that hotel restaurants aren't necessarily known for their food offerings, but with limited time for lunch, there needs to be a better choice.

Stayed for a conference at the hotel. Very nice, spacious rooms and the &More menu was fairly reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel, easily accessible to many downtown restaurants, and entertainment. Cleaning service upon request and all requests met!

Nice property in a good location. However the lounge is still closed for "renovation" and according to reviews it has been that way for well over a year. This really diminishes the value for Bonvoy status holders.

Simple yet excellent hotel. Much more spacious than similarly priced hotels in other cities. Would stay again.

The Sheraton is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. They have a gym, nice size pool with a bar on the roof top. A ballroom and business area where you could have meetings. Very amazing customer service experience. There also a great gift shop located right next to the elevators. I'm very grateful for Sheraton for giving me a great experience. ️

We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly including the Valet! The beds were probably the most comfortable that I’ve experienced at a hotel in a long time. We definitely will be back!

First time stay but definitely not the last! I choose Sheraton downtown for the location but I’ll be back because of the phenomenal staff. From start to finish every single department outperformed expectation. From valet, front desk, housekeeping and the gift shop clerk every day of my stay was made memorable by their excellent guest services. However, what made my work weekend special was the breakfast team. Abigail, Michelle and Liz have the perfect mix of fun, professionalism and attention to detail. Their positive energy and teamwork were on display and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start my day. If you want personalized service make the choice to visit Sheraton Downtown. Maybe I’ll see you there

Busy property, clean environment and staff very friendly and helpful and professional. Room is always clean and comfortable. Fitness center is hugh and spacious, lots of exercise equipment and available 24hrs. One of the best features! Lobby bar offers great food and beverages, well organized. Giant screen TV in the lobby. Valet or self parking is avail. Thank you for your hospitality for three nights!

We had a great stay! The staff was great. Jolita took great care of us. She is a keeper. Our room was clean. The rooms are remodeled and the layout a little off. We had a one bedroom suite and the bedroom area didn’t have a dresser. The only dresser type furniture is in the main area below the TV. Speaking of TV the rooms have huge TVs.
We inadvertently had access to the Sheraton club for a few days because they closed it and weren’t planning to open it again while we were there.
Note to all locations you need to open your clubs! This is the reason we choose the location and we were almost disappointed…

Overall, a great stay and will stay again if in the area…

Honestly, horrible experience. Everyone there is very rude, I had some issues with an authorization form and was told they would update me and I could leave for the time being. They never called me, emailed me. Nothing. Then I called today and the customer service representative told me “Well there’s nothing we can do it’s closed already”, so I paid almost $300 when I should have only paid $100. So yeah never staying here again, the girls at the front are also very rude.

The restaurant refused to take lunch orders before 11: 30 am. And they had expired chips on sale.

Loved it here so much that we extended our stay an additional day before continuing our Arizona road trip. This place is absolutely beautiful.

Attended a reception in the lobby. Nice, clean place. Didn’t stay as a guest nor eat at restaurant. Charcuterie board, hot pretzels & cheese/mustard + food were good however
