Thank you Dr. Nasef for helping with my arthritis pain and my fibromyalgia. So many doctors I've seen in years past without any solutions. I'm very grateful for all you do for my pain and make my life more comfortable.
Your staff are just very friendly and helpful. Thank you again.

In the past, I haven't always been happy or comfortable with this provider. My last visit something was different. It was the best interaction I've ever had with him & I've been his patient for years

Really enjoyed Dr Nasef, I just wish when he says he wants to see me in 3 months. I am given a 3 month appt, not a 5 month appt.

This man is smart, kind, caring, and incisive all at once. He inspires instant trust, for his quick mind, extreme intelligence, and caring, self-assured demeanor. I feel lucky to have found him.

As a law school librarian I was taught to excuse myself and quickly bone up when someone posed an unfamiliar question, so always to present an air of librarianly omniscience. My preference, however, was to bring the student along so they could learn the research process, more than just the answers they needed. As a result, students, faculty, and lawyers always knew that if I spoke with confidence they could rely on it. After meeting with Dr. Nasef, I have a similar feeling that I understand, not just know, what needs to be done.

Similarly, Dr. Nasef is not afraid to say, e.g, "Dr. Bello will look more into that, " when a question veers away from his core discipline, and this likewise inspires confidence. Obviously he knows what she'll say; but they have an excellent team that work well together to provide the best care possible.

My wife Aimée was unable to attend, so her sister Laura came along. That evening all the sisters had a spirited discussion on their weekly Zoom about how impressed Laura was with Dr. Nasef and the whole tenor of the meeting, and how she's confident I'm in very good hands. And Aimée spoke enthusiastically about how happy and positive I've suddenly become, now that I understand completely what's going on, and have a definite plan to address it. I am deeply grateful.

We had to wait months for an appointment. We had 2 other doctors (specialties unrelated), who we showed lab work to and they both told us to hold off until we see Dr. Nasef. They said that he was the expert and a good doctor. Well, those referrals helped us wait the long time and we were enthused that we would be getting some help from a professional. Well, the day arrived and we were excited to find out what doctor had to say. First red flag was the person doing the pre exam vitals etc. She was not a personable person; not rude just nothing. The wait to see the doctor was not long at all. Dr. Nasef entered the room (we assumed it was him as he never introduced himself to us). The man is very professional looking and neat as a pin, but his conversational skills lack. He asked my wife several questions, and being hard of hearing and 83 years old, she had difficulty tracking. She always requests I go with her to catch anything she may miss. He then asked her what does she take for her arthritis. We both thought he was referring to some sort of NSAID or arthritis medication and my wife said nothing (I didn't either). Well a few questions later, about what she takes for pain, she replies tramadol. With that he raised his voice a bit and said I thought you said you didn't take anything. We are too old to be scolded and spoken to that way. We are both very patient people, but he was off base. He aroused the dander in my wife and I could see it as he went on. I knew she was going to blast him, so I had to nudge her foot some. To tell you the truth, if it were not that we wanted help I was ready to stand up, tell him off and take her home; we did not, but played the game. We both felt rushed and knew that we would never return. He did what he had to do and signaled an end to the appointment, but I had to interrupt him and ask him if he would look at her previous labs that were elevated. He took them, they were dated, and he said these were old and we will wait for the new lab work he ordered. I understand that, but I did not need to be schooled again. I felt awkward again. I chose to keep quiet and we left. I am not questioning his ability and knowledge. It is just that his doctor to patient dynamics does not match his professional appearance. It seems others do not have a problem with doc. I don't know. Maybe his underwear was in a bunch that day. Well we waited and waited for a call about her lab reports. We noticed, online, that some of her labs were elevated, like last time. All we wanted was a doctor to tell her it is fine or do not worry. Well after (5) weeks, I called Dr. Nasef's office asking if she will receive a letter or call about her labs. They said a call. In return, I told them she didn't and they called back a few hours later and said doctor said all was OK. She would like if doctor could explain why some labs are abnormal for a little assurance, but she has to wait 5 more months for that. Sorry for the length of this rant, but the doctor brought it on himself. We will drive all the way to Phoenix from now on if we have to.

Unfortunately this time I did need good care since my health had worsened and my hope was to be able to talk to the doctor about the health problems that I am sure is what he treats, he did not let me talk, he did not order the appropriate tests, and he did not Give me not even two minutes!

I am very grateful to the Dr because I had been with multiple doctors for more than two years and what can I say about the studies they did on me and no one knew I had; I arrived with him the first time and just by treating me he gave me the diagnosis and to date he gives me very good medication, he disabled me and sent me to therapy

This Doctor takes care of his patients. I appreciate his help. Dr. Nasef gave suggestions for a better pillow to relieve neck pain. He has helped my knee, and hip pain for years. He listens to his patients, and help me pinpoint where to inject to releave pain when shots are needed.

It doesn't explain your illness, it just resets something that for me is not effective.
