Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Phoenix AZ

Customer service was excellent at both stores that I went to more than any store that I've been to.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at this Sherman William's. Everyone was so helpful. I went 2 days in a row.first time for samples and second day to purchase. I was waited on immediately and treated like I was a VIP customer. Would really recommend this Sherman William's for superb customer service.

This store is very clean and bright, no long wait times like other home supply stores. They keep your previous purchases on file so you don't have to remember color names or the type of paint you want to buy. The staff here are very helpful and able to make great recommendations. Great experience!

Customer service in finding a product and delivering it curbside was exception. Service has always been exception but especially under conditions of physical-distancing. Many thanks for the tremendously helpful staff.

I have purchased here several times in the past yet they didn't have my account on file by name or phone number that has been the same forever. The employees working there give way more attention to the male customers and always have. I'll find another place to buy paint.

Sherwin-Williams has been the only place that has matched paint 100% correct for me every time.

I bought paint from this very store for my whole inside of my house. Also using their decorator with many gallons paint. Manager could not find my account from the past. Amazing.

I wanted two colors matched for some touch up. I had very small paint chips for Jason to work with. He matched the colors and the sheen to PERFECTION! Thank you, Jason! Leslie
