23It was my daughter's first visit and Shine came highly recommended by several friends. What an amazing environment it was! Now every time we get in the cat to go somewhere she's actually excited and asks if we are going to the dentist!
The staff was excellent. My child we getting a tooth extraction and the hygienist was very thorough in describing the step by step process to my daughter to help ease her nerves. The dentist followed with just as excellent an approach. They were gentle and warm in their approach with her. Thank you!
This is a kid-friendly office! The dentist recommended a special toothpaste for my daughter to help fortify her teeth. I didn't want to pay the $15 or so for the toothpaste in the office so she wrote me a prescription. Hopefully insurance will pay for it through the pharmacy.
