Back to school shopping is one of the most stressful times of the year. The 3 employees working tonight Kyle, Josiah, Chris went above and beyond to assist! They assisted my sons with all their shopping needs which was extremely helpful! Highly recommended going there with their outstanding customer service.

Probably some of the worst customer service. Loud music and the workers are too lazy to greet you or come over and help. Just stand at the register with only us in the store as customers. Then when you try to get help they yell at you from 15 ft away. I would expect this from somewhere on the southside but maybe that’s where these workers are from.

Horrible customer service will never purchase another pair of shoes from a shoe palace store again

Wouldn’t recommend this store, horrible and disgusting customer service. I asked a worker the pair of a shoe that was on display size, he took the display shoe to look for it, and he never came back with it.

Then I asked another worker the same shoe, same size and everything and he came back with no shoe and just gave me excuses that they probably stole the other pair, because he didn’t find it. Then I was explaining something to him and he just answered me “I don’t have the shoe, thank you” and left me talking alone. (For a better description of those 2 workers:
1. A tall guy, with a buzzcut and some tattoos
2. A short guy, also with some tattoos, specially one on his hand)

Thank God there are online shops to don’t have to deal with this kind of people.

Best shoe store everrrr! Josiah and another gentleman helped us. They didn’t have our size in vans at shoe palace and were kind enough to go check the vans store anddddddd get us free cookies. These men deserve a raise or bonus or both lol. Y’all made my night! Thank you for your help. 10/10 would recommend. If the other gentleman could drop his @ or number, he was cute. Sorry don’t remember your name though lol.

Aiyana was such a great help in choosing the right shoes and outfit for me. Definitely deserves 5 stars, I'll forsure be shopping here more often.

Had a wonderful experience here today staff was very helpful store clean I made sure to ask staff there names "KYLE, and CHRIS " you can completly tell these guys know there shoes I defenily will return and drive the extra miles to have a good and friendly service these days it seems hard for people to simply put a smile on there face so it was just very nice seeing such happy employs can't wait to return and by the way I love my new shoes
