Show and Tell Tees, Gilbert AZ

I have been using Show and Tell for many years. They are efficient, helpful, and overall very cool people to work with. Usually the items are completed before they are needed or promised. I am a fan for life!

We ordered 28 t-shirts for our family reunion. The t-shirts were of the highest quality and the artwork that my granddaughter designed was crystal clear and beautiful. The turn around time was less than 2 weeks! From the size 18 month to the adult sizes, all had a great image! A+ for Show and Tell Tees!

Horrible experience here. Contacted Lindsey to get 18 T shirts and 5 baseball shirts screen printed with business logo. I let her know I had my own shirts, I buy pro club shirts as I have used them for a very long time and have found them to fit the best and they last a very long time.

I sent her my logo and was given a price and told to drop them off. When I got there Lindsay was not there instead it was another lady that knew I was dropping off but didn’t know anything else. I went over it all with her as well as sizing. I was not given any invoice or any paperwork at all which I thought was weird at the time of drop off.

I then get contacted by Lindsay about sizing and placement of logo which I just discussed with the other lady so obviously this could have been avoided if things were written down on say an invoice.

My logo is gradient and has a bevel. I was told that would have to be a heat transfer but those don’t last long. I told her I don’t want something to not last long as I’m a contractor and I know these shirts I purchased last long so no reason for the logo not to. She said then screen printing would be the way to go but it would be just flat and one solid color. So I agreed to change my logo in order to get something to last.

Well here is my shirts after 3-4 washes.

I contact Lindsay and her response is that’s terrible and she will redo them. Ok great but does that mean I need to buy new shirts? She said I can come pick out from the ones she gets. I let her know I specifically get these shirts and these are the ones I want not Gillian or Hanes or the other cheap quality shirts most use as they do not last. She said to send her a link to the ones I got and she will replace them and redo them.

I sent her a think and then she sends an email asking when I can drop off old shirts and she thinks she can fix them. So it was ok for me to have to buy new ones because you did a horrible job on my new shirts but you having to fix your mistake you didn’t want to pay for them.

Not only did I waste $200 on shirts plus $180 on this garbage printing, and the time, now I have to do it all over again.

Will never use this place and urge others to look for more professional places.

As a business owner my self I understand things happen, what makes you a better owner is how you handle it when things happen. You clearly showed what type of business owner you are.
