My wife and I decided to turn our property into a rental and purchase a new house. We gave Robert Mitchell our bullet points, 4 bedrooms, master bath, great kitchen with granite, 3 car garage, RV access, and a week later he produced and found the house we wanted. I'm not saying everything was perfect but it was really close to perfect. The leprechaun with a pot of gold wasn't hiding in the attic. All other bullets were hit square on. Now the old home is rent ready and the new neighborhood is beautiful school is close by with in walking distance.
