VETERANS BEWARE! Apparently injuring your brain while serving in the military during a time of 2 wars doesn't qualify you for quality care.because the VA doesn't pay them enough to treat you like a human. I have SO much to say about Dr. Badwar and her careless, rude, IGNORANT, "know it all" employees. However, I won't waste any more time than I already have. Just beware of this place, it will trigger a huge migraine for sure! They Shruti don't know what they're doing.

I am 69 years old and have Dementia. Dr Badhwar is one
of the finest most caring doctors I have ever seen. Her Knowledge, and Love for her patients goes far beyond any doctor I've gone to in my life. Dr Badhwar is more that a doctor. She is an Angel. I highly recommend her for anyone that wants to have the best life possible. I feel so blessed to have found her. Thank you Dr Budhwar for who you are, and what you do.

Dr Badhwar was very late getting to me. I was in the room for over 30 minutes and asked an employee when she would get to me. When she did.arrive I felt she was upset that I had asked where she was.
MY TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS HER’S!
After she arrived and the initial moment everything went fine.

Shruti Badhwar is great! I have seen her a few times in this last year and she has been so nice and patient. She really gives you her time.
I’ve been to other specialists
and get a run around with certain tests that need to be done and some how she gets it done better then they can. She makes things happen! Very supportive. I would absolutely recommend her.

Dr. Shruti Badhwsr was very reassuring that the issue my left arm was not a simple muscle sprain but, something that will require further complex X-rays and tests. The same with knees and back.

I have never been treated so poorly by a neurologist. During my visit, it was very clear that she didn't want me as a patient. She said that she specializes in epilepsy, and suggested I see my former neurologist who isn't in my network. After I told her that had spent thousands of dollars in blood tests and MRI's, and she ordered the same blood tests and MRI's. When I asked her why, she said she wanted her own tests. That makes no sense, and it doesn't make me feel like she has my best interest at heart.

After my visit, I discovered that Dr. Badhwar charged $527.00 for a 60-70 minute visit, even though I only saw her 15 to 20 minutes. Also, Dr. Badhwar won't bill my insurance company the correct way to get it covered. My insurance wants the bill coded as a specialist visit. When I notified them through the portal that there was a billing error, they just ignored me. It has been 12 days since I notified them, and they still haven't responded to any of my messages. UPDATE: After sending 50 messages, someone from Dr. Badhwar's office responded. Abrazo billing now claims Dr. Badhwar is not in my network, even though she is clearly listed by my insurance as being in my network. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Badhwar. She is very dishonest in my opinion.

This was the first appointment for my mother to determine if she is starting to get dementia. The Dr, although nice enough, first impression was she appeared a little standoffish. Will proceed with tests required and see how the next appointment goes.

Very nice and professional. This is the first time in years that I have hope that I will be able to actually live again.

I had a phone appt with the doctor today and she was very. Concerned about my neuropathy and was patient enough to adjust medication and make sure that I called any time.

I am VERY pleased with Dr. Badhwar’s care. She is thorough and takes time to actually listen to find what works for you. In addition, her staff is amazing and always pleasant. The offices are always nice and clean. I have definitely referred her to several family and friends.

Staff at front very rude, no greeting, when asked questions their responses were yes and no, no explanations, a person left in tears, the Staff whispered and giggled. I was the only person in waiting area another Staff member kept walking by front area, they had me waiting for an hour and when I was finally going to ask for refund this person finally called me and she said to me "didn't know you were Marlene ". I told her I was the only customer waiting, she could have asked the other 2 staff members who checked me in. Dr.spent approx 10 minutes to with me, she asked 3 times about my neck pain and I told her 3 times I had no neck pain, questions and concerns not addressed she asked me to reschedule for other test, she claimed there would be no visit with PC and no new referral needed. She claimed her staff up front would handle, they known what to do. But the 2 up front told me I needed new referral from PC doc. I asked if they had a calendar since I didn't have my phone they just glared at me with no answer. At which point I left.

We need it a great Adult neurology for our lovely daughter Cindy now that she is and adult we need it adult Dr neurologist, we got our first visit

Took the time to explain and plan for our daughter to keep up today on her Epilepsy with her meds and her history of seizures thank you was so nice to meet her.

Dr Badhwar is an exceptional physician! Not only is she extremely well educated and knowledgeable, but her bedside manner is simply outstanding! She offers full explanations and shared decision making and all of her treatment suggestions.
