If you want your steak med rare, you better explain what that means. My sister's was almost well done. Had to send it back. She wasn't gonna because she's always afraid that they will get angry and do something to her food.lol.but I said, "Oh yes, you are! You don't buy a $50 steak and not get it the way you ordered it! " So we nicely said it needed to be med rare. And they sent out a new steak, but it wasn't quite perfectly med rare, but it wasn't shoe leather either.lol.other than that, it was a great meal, beautiful view, and great service, and we loved the fact that we could make a reservation ahead and request a window table with the view.

I came in from Nevada on my birthday for dinner, I did get a window which was nice. Our waiter came over and asked if we would like something I said I would like something sweet he said hmm then I guess you would not like wine I said no. What do you suggest he said I'm not sure so I ended up asking for a rasberry daiquiri which was very watery. Bread and butter was to be with the dinner but he asked if we wanted any when he took our order for our meal, 20 minutes later here came the bread with appetizers and the salad, bread should have been given right away like he did the other tables by the were regulars. Our meal came he never asked how it was, I had to call him over for another drink, I also had to ask him to clear the table of dirty dishes. He did not ask if we wanted dessert. I asked him for the check and when he brought it over he had the gall to ask if I minded if he waited for me to give him my credit card. Thank goodness I am a grown woman and he is lucky I do throw something at him, you never ever ask the consumer a question like that ever. Especially a tourist cause we always tip best, lucky he got anything at all, the only reason he did was because I use to work in the industry. His name started with a B he has Blonde hair and it was Sept 2nd the reservation was for 7pm but we got there a little early. I was also the one that didn't want a bunch of waitresses coming over and singing happy birthday.

The waiter was professional/courtesy at all times and did a great job at answering any questions people in our party had. I enjoyed my chicken and shrimp salad along with the views of the water

So we had prime rib, New York and ribeye.all were delicious with the prime rib and the New York vying for the best of the night.highly recommend that if you want a good piece of meat in Lake Havasu cooked correct, this is the place!

Been a long time visitor, but seems they are slipping. Needs refreshing & the famous bread was disappointing

Took our friend for her birthday.the view was breathtaking, our waitress attentive, and the food was amazing. I'd highly recommend as the prime rib was delightful.

As many of the other reviews suggest, this is one of the best spots in Lake Havasu! Good food, good drinks, great service

To start, I really enjoyed the Old Fashioned. Some places make them too sweet but this tasted just right.

The Crab Artichoke Dip and Brussel Sprouts & Shishito Peppers appetizers were delicious but also a lot of food! For 4 of us, we probably could have done with one or the other.

For my main meal I split the Wagyu Steak Entre and had half a Caesar salad. All delicious and very filling. The sauce on the Wagyu steak was really good! The side Asparagus was okay, I was hoping it would be grilled or sautéed but it was kinda bland. Ended up dipping in the sauce covering the steak so it worked out. The veggies were a better side to go with though.

For desert, the Cheesecake Carrot Cake combo they had was great! I think it’s a limited time thing but if available, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time here. Will be back in the future!

It was a 70th birthday party that we had there. In the large event center downstairs, it was amazing

DANNY our server was beyond polite made my daughter feel respected by calling her young lady excellent patience with my children and the food was delicious and on point best Caesar dressing I've had in a long time.

Dinner was wonderful! I got the grouper and my partner got the ravioli with blackened chicken and we both very much enjoyed the entire experience! Although I have to say the next morning I had the shagrues!

I love this place, I come whenever I'm in Havasu. Great service and an amazing filet! 10/10 recommend!

The food was exceptional and service was top notch. Add on a great view and it was fantastic. I wish I had gotten our servers name but I didn't. He made sure everything was perfect and even gave our friends and us a special treat for our shared anniversary. It is a $$$ dining experience.

I have not eaten here, hence no pictures.

However, I pick up and drop off many people here.

It's always very clean with a friendly and happy atmosphere.

Good food, great waiter.the staff was attentive. My husband had Seafood pasta with Cajun cream sauce.he said it could have used a little more Cajun flavor. I had the beef madellions with a small amount of crab, set on small round garlic toast, topped with a large shrimp and bearnaise sauce, asparagus and game with a choice of a side -i chose the baked potato. I had a chocolate espresso martini which was really good. Our friends had the garlic shrimp pasta. We'd go back again.

We visit lake Havasu every summer and have gone to Shugrue's the last 3 years, the food and service have always been great. This last visit, Tuesday 7/11/23, the server blew it at the end of a great evening. We gave him our card to charge, he came back and told us it declined. We have him a 2nd card. He came back and with no discretion told us it declined, people around us were watching the show. I have him a 3rd card totally perplexed but just wanted to leave and call or banks. He came right back and told us in a hushed voice that he was sorry that machine had not been working all day! He used a hushed voice when he screwed up but tell the entire dining room when our cards "declined". I sure hope the kitchen and bussers get tipped out, it's because of them we still left a hefty tip.
