Lets see we stayed with our family for a short term of 7 months and at first it looked okay untill roaches started coming out i meen this place is infested with roaches badly if your going to live in this place make sure you prepare for that cause we had to throw away all of our furniture and start new i threw away everything and thiers also always a bunch of crackheads outside kids running all.over the.place thiers no peace at this place at all wouldnt recomend it for anyone to stay thier

Staying there now with family its nasty the workers upfront are helpless if you have a problem they will say the manager is not hear sorry we cant do anything it has bugs the ac is nasty and junk and puts out bad stank its a rip off this problem is going on 2 weeks and upstairs its 1: 44 am and all i hear is slaming around and the people upfront cant help

First off I paid for the room on Tuesday and requested them to move this nasty bed out while I was still at a hotel until Wednesday. I got there the next day and the bed was still there. My husband went to the desk and they said they just saw the work order, they’ll be there soon. We waited out in the car for a long time with pets until around 2pm. After they removed the bed, the flooring was damaged. Two guys came back and made a mess with some flooring product left a piece of wood on the flooring with two paint buckets to hold it down. Those items was left in the middle of the floor our whole stay. They NEVER thought of taking it out. Roaches was everywhere in the cabinets, walls, inside the toilet and coming out the sink hole. That Wednesday my husband told the front desk. They told him they was unaware of the roaches and requested pest control. Pest control came and sprayed the cabinets and on the floor in front of the door. So we had to wait longer outside because of the smell. One of the nights my pet started foaming out the mouth I believe from the poison getting on her coat and her licking it. I rushed her to the sink and rinse her mouth. Then she started drooling uncontrollably after licking her coat again so I gave her a bath. The people outside is so shady and the environment is so unsafe. There’s dog and cat feces everywhere. The hallways outside smell of urine. One morning a guy knock on our door and ask for someone because he just got out of prison. My family could only stay until Saturday in the place. As we checkout my husband tried to at least get our Deposit, the front desk said I’m sorry about the roaches if we knew we would’ve never sold the unit to you (they knew because there was roach motel in the cabinet) and she said we can’t get any money back. A waste of money and time. Also you see one of the workers keep going in and out one of the units like he lives there. Doesn’t even work.

None of the washers and dryers work anymore and management isn't working on fixing it. Not only are the apartments infested with cockroaches and scorpions, but now you can't even have clean clothes to wear to work.

Staff is Unprofessional & makes you feel like a second rate citizen and their FEES are atrocious. My wife and I couldn't believe how the staff even got their jobs. My husband had something on his background from 1999 & they rudely told us that we qualify to stay their but they would but we would be on their radar! Unbelievable! The room was totally disgusting, holes in the wall, bathroom vanity was not secure and hanging down, it stunk like Cat Feces. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS

The manager of the apartments harass tenants he constantly follows people around the staff is very unprofessional i hope that corporate fires them an gets a new team they gave us a 10 day notice because of my son talking to a person that was trespassed i don't understand how that makes my home demonized and put out

Lots of shady people. Their even people up to no good. More likely cars will be breaking in. Watch your back at all times n do not trust anyone. Lil bit too much. Better safe than sorry.

Place is infested with roaches, alot of load neighbors, hope you dont need internet because you cant get your own you have to pay them every week for theirs and it hardly ever works and it kicks you off every 5 mins. I can go on for days about this place but i will say its a trap and to stay away. It cost so much that when you move in you cant save up to move out which is what i was trying to do. Needed somewhere to stay fast so came here. Right at 400 a week for a small 2 br place. They have tried having my vehicles towed once the tags was bad i hardly ever used my motorcycle and go out of town alot my wife doesnt drive it so figgured id take off everything to save money but nope that didnt work. Like i said earlier. You be better off staying in a motel6

Wont Get your deposit back if you do not stay for 30 days which makes no sense because what if you are trying to rent only for a weekly and just because you do not stay for 30 days You don’t get your deposit. And it’s expensive for a funky room with old furniture and bugs. Not worth it. And a lot of drug dealers and users in these suites.

Full disclosure: I have only visited a friend at this location and have never been a paying overnight visitor. The location is all the way out in west phoenix but it is conveniently located just a minute or less from the I-10. The grounds at this property are lacking in care; there is trash all over the place. I didn't see much activity in the 6 or so hours I was there so can't say much about any possible crime. The room my friend was staying in at the time was immaculate but this was only because he kept it so nice and well furnished. Otherwise, can't say anything else without being unfair to this business.

This place is disgusting this place is infested with a drug dealers cockroaches bed bugs and black mold can you try to complain to office or put in a service order or asking for a mattress that doesn't have nasty stains and blood stains on it at the office tells me you're on the list. Would never refer a friend nor an enemy to this place.

If you want a really nice place to stay that's clean, quite, safe, then "DO NOT STAY THERE"! I'm not joking. It was a nightmare. It's infested with roaches. They are everywhere. I was afraid to go to sleep because the roaches would even get on you're bed while you're sleeping. The place is filthy, it's loud and I didn't feel safe at all. I stayed there in 2014 for three months only because I didn't have anywhere else to stay but I think I'd rather sleep out on the street under a bush. Pay close attention to what people are saying about the condition of this place because it's absolutely true.i wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this place especially if you have kid's. It's a horrible nightmare but only it's not a dream, it's REAL. DON'T STAY THERE but if you do, stay at you're own risk. GOOD LUCK. The pictures you see are very deceiving.

Legacy Suites didn't allow felons. Don't know what Seigel is doing to keep people safe but the place is going downhill since they took over. Your kids aren't allowed to play on the grass but criminal drug activity is apparently ok. They need to get their priorities in order.

If you have children not the place for you! Super expensive 1600 monthly, 360weekly. Drug dealers, smoker, meth heads, pill popper all outside. Inside bug scorpions, roaches, bedbugs.ect not worth all the money

Don't recommend long term residence. Kinda expensive, but you don't gotta worry about extra costs. Furnished 2bd. High turnover. Lotsa police action. Personally, I have no beef, I don't live there, my loved ones do. Cockroaches and bed bugs have visited. Office took over a month and some hostile words before the situation was resolved. I was heated. Beautiful grass.

Me and my boyfriend stay here for almost a year and only one time cops get called on us for no reason and they get us out

Horrible ovverpriced drug addicts and drunks.
Police show up everynight. 5th week here and my truck window was smashed and stuff was stolen. Management doesnt care about anything but payment. Roaches and no maintenance. Terrible terrible terrible. Run so many other options in area. Dont stay here.

(I was in an car accident (not my fault) /car was total/lost my driving job/my girlfriend broke up with me/got kicked out because I couldnt afford rent) basically my life was turned upside down due to this bitch that ran a red light and hit me

Anyways #2- INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BEDBUGS
I stayed here for two weeks and transferred to 3 room due to roaches
First room just had roaches
Second room still had roaches and BEDBUGS!
Actually didnt even stay in the third room I opened the door and roaches more than I ever seen in my life came at me
I ran out and that was the last night I stayed

#3- BAD ENVIRONMENT
Druggies everywhere
Potheads, crackheads, Meth heads, you name it.
(Dealers can make some good money here just saying)
Prostitutes and police on every corner on 83rd Ave and McDowell Rd

#4- TO EXPENSIVE
I was paying over $1000 for a STUDIO
So believed I was paying to much to be having roaches. The stove stopped working, cable would go out all of sudden throughout the day, only 1 Laundromat and 2 outta 30 washing machines and driers worked, half the equipment at the gym worked and hot tub didn't, the rception sucked, I have a Note 8 with unlimited 4G and couldn't even make a call (They charge between $8 -$15 for Wifi)

#5- THE OUTCOME
THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!
Everything I wrote is TRUE. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. I'm a honest hard working young man and care for you unlike this place. No one should have to go through what I've gone through. They give rooms to people who are OK with living with roaches and bed bugs, people who are druggies or on government assistance who can afford to be there. Anyways I didnt get my deposit back cuz I didnt stay longer than 30 days. I asked for a refund told me they have a stricted no refund policy but can offer me complimentary stay for a couple days. I said 'FUCK NO' like I want to stay any longer. Scott the general manager is full of shit. Went on "vacation" right before all this happened. I haven't heard from him but he'll soon hear from my lawyer.

Where to start. Families and good people should avoid this location at all costs. There isn't one day without acts of violence, crime, vandalism, animal cruelty, negligence and overuse of banned pesticides. Unsupervised children are responsible for burning couches behind the trash can, driving their parents cars into utility boxes, abusing the overabundance of feral cats on property and much more. There has been one death on property just a short while back, a mother was shot in the head and her baby in the leg, the unsanitary bloody mess was left for residents to see and walk around it until one day later. The least of your concerns should be the overflow of trash outside each dumpster, or their expensive internet with faulty connection, or the inability to connect to your own phone's network just to make a phone call unless having to walk all the way to the parking lot, in which case you should just pack up and leave. It's not worth a penny of $1200/month.

I'm actually homeless right now thanks to this place. I called last week and was assured that a suite would be available for me. Drove 1600 miles thinking I had a place to stay - NOPE! They did not hold anything for me as promised and told me when I called this morning that they are always 100% booked.
