I say this because my husband & I have moved a lot, purchased homes in different states, have had good experiences and bad experiences.but this was definitely by far the most pleasant and smoothest process.  We had some things come up within the family and needed to close earlier than the original close date, Eddie was very understanding and him and his team made it happen. Also, we needed some required documents to reach the title company the next day early in the morning and Tom was so amazing to come pick up those documents and deliver them to where they needed to go (after hours) so that there would be no delay in closing.
