Silver Pine Restaurant and Bar reviews
14It was our anniversary and we were looking for a special place to celebrate. The place was so loud. The service was very slow. The presentation of the food look like they just slopped the food on the plate. They only offered mashed potatoes they tasted like instant potatoes.
The food was hit or miss, and expensive. Had dinner and breakfast. The service was good though. Probably won't go back because the value just wasn't there.
Got seated at 1: 20 pm. Waitress walked by us 5 times and we didn’t get so much as an acknowledgment. They weren’t busy. After the 5th time we walked out and mentioned it to the hostess. Her response was a Blase’ attitude as she didn’t care. Also mentioned it to the front desk but at least got an I’m sorry. If this is the service provided to a 20 year military veteran I’d hate to see how they treat people that didn’t serve. The end kicker is next to the hostess station is a large sign that reads in part “Vote for us as the best “! I’d vote the Silver Pine as the worst.
They were cleaning the rooms at 4 in the afternoon and they do not have waiters to serve customers and expensive
Food was good. Our service was awesome!
The atmosphere; there was a car thang going on with MANY older folks. They all converged on the restaurant at the same time, demanding instant service and special seating. I, I, I and ME, ME. ME attitudes. Felt sorry for the employees.
The salmon was excellent. I was with a large group, but the time between the salad and entree was way too long.
Had the prime rib. It was horrible. Cold and raw. Ordered it medium rare. The waiters even saw it mooing. They offered a free dessert. The dry chocolate cake was free for a reason. Even though I hardly ate any of the prime rib they did not take it off the bill. Did have Breakfast prior. It was overpriced but good.
We loved the spacious restaurant’s interior but some of the food items we ordered fell short of our expectations. Go with the Bruschetta Board and Strawberry Gorgonzola but not the Spaghetti Bolognese. The Roasted Turkey Breast panini was good but not the chips that accompanied it.
We did not stay at the hotel, But anyone come and have breakfast, the have regular breakfast or buffet, the buffet was my option and was delicious they have a wide variety of eggs fruits potato, the place was really hi-class beautiful, and not as expensive and I thought. I repeat and sever myself another portion. The place is beautiful the only thing was that they needed more servers I personally thought that we already eating and our drinks didn't come over. Ranges is around 30 bucks but trust me worth it.
Dine outside! The scenery and weather was perfect! Stopped in for breakfast and it was great! Service and staff were empicable! The restaurant itself is through the lobby just ask a staff member and they'll guide you to it!
The hotel is lovely and the atmosphere equally as nice. We elected to have lunch on their patio. It was a perfect Day in Flagstaff to enjoy outside dining. It was my second time dining there both times the host was not terribly inviting. Both times nine months apart, we felt as if we were putting them out.
The food was very nice, but we had to wait a long time for our order. My husband ordered his second glass of wine which took forever to come. Our server forgot my side salad, and the table across the way waited a considerable time for napkin and silverware 10 minutes after their food have been served to their table.
The food was very average we will go back simply because it’s a lovely atmosphere.
This beautiful restaurant, located inside the Little America hotel and resort, is a luxurious stop for any traveler. The panoramic windows offer a gorgeous view of the garden patio and grounds beyond while you eat. The food is excellent and well worth the price.
Excellent restaurant with fantastic food. Very much enjoyed everything I had to eat. A little pricey, but worth every penny. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
