SimonMed Imaging - Apache Junction

I was very happy with my appt.and with the gal that gave me my test. She was very friendly and was very good at giving me the test. For years I had been going to a place just down the street but they had gotten so bad I thought I would try Simonmed on the advice of a friend and am very glad I did. It was horrible. Had 8: 30 appointment for a mri was seen 50 min later. Teck didn't show me how to use ear plugs. Ended up in urgent care for ear trama
Had to see a ent Doctor. Talked to them about it and was told sorry he's a flooter.

Terrible front desk, under staffed, got there at 7: 55am and got X-ray close to 10am. The x-ray guy did fine but they need more of him!

Walked in. Told it would take 45 min.
It took 20 min. Very professional and polite. I
thought the receptionists, sweet for they
laughed at all the old guys' corny jokes, including mine

I went to Simon by referral from my primary care physician who utilized a Simon representative in my physician's office. I needed 3 images, including 2 x-rays and an ultrasound. The x-rays were handled fine and I was given my orders by the Simon rep. The ultrasound was not able to be done because the order was not sent as indicated by the Simon rep in my physician's office. Nor was it given as hard copy like the x-rays. This accounted for a wasted 50 mile trip to Simon and the need to reschedule for next week.

Very professional office. In and out in short time. Have follow up and they have me all the requirements to ensure I was able to be seen at the appointment. Excellent attention to detail.

I had a pelvic ultra sound and mammogram. It was so nice to do everything in one location. Everyone was very helpful.

I was in and out. I broke my back and was in a lot of pain. I had to get a Dexa Scan done due to the nature of the break. It was fast and I was able to get it done and out of there with in 15 minutes.

I was sent directly from my physicians office for a STAT chest X-ray & sat in the waiting room coughing for 2 hours before having my 10-15 min X-ray done. I understand appointments and all but if I have bacterial pneumonia like suspected everyone in that waiting room was exposed even though I coughed into tissues. Just breathing itself expels bacteria. If I was there for a non illness X-ray I would gladly wait another 10-15 min than be exposed to who knows what.

Arrived 15 min early, waited only 10 min had both tests done, very pleased with service. Was on my way home within the hour.

This place is awful, I arrived for them to tell me the MRI tech was running 40 minutes behind. A phone call or a text would have been greatly appreciated as they were quick to text me how much I owed because this now put my whole evening behind schedule and cost me additional fees at daycare. The tech started off very rude and at the end rushed me when I had questions but remember I waited 50 minutes for you? I will never return.

Staff were very kind and helpful. 2 hour wait was a bit too much though. Faster service would give it a 5 star rating for sure. (The guy across from us in the waiting room said he made an appointment and still waited 45 mins- an hour.)

The entire staff and technician was very nice and friendly. I totally dislike having an MRI but they made it as bearable as it could be.

Very quick service for walk-in. My tech was very nice and easy to talk to. I was in and out in about 20 mins

I was given to think that I had an appointment at 8 am that morning and not until 9am that I was informed I was an add in to await any opening. The staff were great but I am talking about the people that make appt at night.

If you ever have to go for an MRI simonmed is the place to go. The people at the front desk are great.but the MRI tech is amazing i had tipping in the MRI machine for over an hour and he made me so comfortable and it's not the first time I've been there and he's always the same makes you feel comfortable goes above and beyond simonmed I appreciate you

It was a short wait and I was treated very well. I was treated well and I was comfortable during my tests.

Wonderful staff. Easy in and out. Only thing I do wish for a 7: 30 time to have doors open. Too much of a line for a 7: 45 ck in time. Then your appt gets moved back 5 to10 mins. Also very cold in those exam room's.

Went in to check on my appointment. Was able to get in early the day before my appointment. It’s was fast and easy. Thank you.

Arrived ahead of scheduled time. Was with technician about my appointed time. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Set up and went right to work. Was in and out with no issues. Very friendly.
