Very caring doctor and nurse who performed my procedure. Explained everything perfectly so I knew exactly what to expect, and things could not have gone better.

The tech who did the imaging was very nice and made me feel right at home, but I waited in the lobby almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time, which caused me to be late for another appointment. Working in an administrative environment myself, I'm sure scheduling could be done a little more accurately, so people don't have to wait so long.

I had an appointment at 2: 15. They told me to arrive at 2 which I dad. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get my mammogram. Last time they took me
Right away. The tech was very quick and professional.

Amanda K.performed my ultrasound and was flawless! She was so gentle and sweet and made sure to let me know what area she would be performing on at all times. She also had a student shadowing her and I thought Amanda was great for that role as she was extremely professional.

The online appointment process did not work! Appointment was on time and the technicians for my bone density and mammogram were very efficient and friendly. It was a positive experience once I arrived at their office. I do recommend Simon Med for any imaging procedures.

This is the second time I have had an MRI at SimonMed. The first visit would have been 0 stars if I could. I give credit when credit is due. This was a 5 star visit. I ws greeted with a smile, my wait was minimal, the technician was exceptional. It was a great experience.

Generally a good experience. I was first appt of the day, but still waited about 10 minutes to get in. Once in, both techs were great and took me through the procedures with ease.

I made an appointment, so I did not have to wait long to have
the imaging done. The young lady that performed the procedure
was friendly, prompt, informative, and efficient. It was a pleasurable

Very friendly staff! The receptionist Whitney was so sweet while checking us in. We came for an X-ray and were in and out in 20 min! Robyn was very kind and patient with my wiggly 7 year old.:)

These ladies were fast, courteous and efficient! The waiting room was pretty full when I arrived, but the wait was short. The place is very clean, and organized. I would definitely use this office again.

I brought my 3 year old daughter in for an X-ray. They told me because I didn’t have an appointment it would be about a 30 minute wait. I had just finished up with paperwork and got called back. Fast friendly and awesome service.

It must of been my day. Nobody at the counter except me. Had me on file, so all I had to do was sigh my name on a old copy. Sat down for what I was told a twenty minute wait. 4 minutes later a girl comes out and surprises the hell out of me, because she said "Gerald". I looked up in amazement and said " Rooney "' and she said yes. I changed my clothing went out and sat down for three minutes, got my X-rays, got dressed and Left scratching my head wondering what the hell just happened. The only thing I want to comment on is that a very pleasant blond young lady at the counter had a pair of black jeans on with holes in them and I was concerned that she may need a pay raise. It was my day, and I forgot that the X-ray techwas also super nice. I tried to fix my typing mistakes, but it was more of a problem for me then it was worth, sorry.

I went in and got seen pretty fast, Receptionist was very professional and greeted me with a smile. When I went back the Ultrasound tech was very nice and considerate of my pain. The establishment was very nicely decorated and spotless.

I was a walk in w an X-ray order. Treated well by front desk and w kindness by the radiology tech. Not a long wait so happy be on my way with out linl delay.

It is so nice to be greeted by the staff as you check in and do paperwork. I think that her name was Alexis & she was so nice! The X-ray staff was also very nice. They were focusing on the patient and not their phones or gossiping with each other.

I will definitely return if needed.

Terrible experience and horrendous customer service. I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance (which was a hassle in itself because the employee typed my first name incorrectly into their system and they couldn’t find my order to actually make an appointment). The last business day before the appointment, Christmas Eve, a Simon Med employee calls less than an hour before closing to notify me my insurance has not completed the pre-authorization. I immediately call my insurance company, who informs me that Simon Med sent the fax for pre-auth THAT day (Simon Med denied this initially, saying they sent it a week prior, then admitted to it). My insurance says they most likely will not have the approval in time (seeing as it’s late afternoon on Christmas Eve) so I call Simon Med to let them know I will pay out of pocket for the CT because I need it done.to which they agree and give me a price. The day of the appointment, the receptionist says the person I spoke to Christmas Eve canceled my appointment. Completely ridiculous. Luckily, my insurance put a rush on the pre-auth and it was ready ASAP that AM and I could get a different appointment.terribly rude employees on the phone (the receptionist and techs were totally fine). I will NEVER use Simon Med again.

Went in for x-rays. Barely had time to finish paperwork when I was called in. Was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant.

Was shocked to find out when I arrived that I was expected to pay $511 for my procedure that day! And was given the old “Ohhh yeahhh sorry.someone should have told you when they scheduled it. ” Yes, they did a payment plan, but I really didn’t even have the money available to do that first payment at the time as it had not been planned for. Not impressed.
