This facility is clean and following COVID'S Standards and Rules. The staff was very kind, caring & helpful. My husband & I came in as a walk-in without an appointment for an x-rays around 3: 30 p.m. On a Tuesday. We were in and out within a half an hour. The young lady at the front desk was also able to schedule my husband's CT scan at another location at a different day due to the did not have the equipment for his CT scan at this location. (CT scans are by appointment only) I was very pleased with this visit and will be coming back to this facility if needed in the future. I will recommend this location to others. Very pleased with the service at this location.

I am so grateful for SimonMed Imaging availability & convenient location to fulfill my health needs.
Waiting approximately 20 minutes for a 'walk-in' appointment was quite acceptable. The front desk receptionist was pleasant, informative and efficient with each patient at their arrival. The xray tech guided me well thru out the procedure quickly and patiently, answering all my questions. I asked to see my xrays and received them on a disc, which I brought home.
All in all, SimonMed staffing was exemplary in every facet of my time with them. Thank you for this opportunity to "Toot their horn"!

It took a little to long, but I get it. I think the young lady that was up there was in training
However; she was a fine young lady willing to learn. She will be a great asset to your company. She was very polite let's just hope she keeps it.

On line appointment gets 2 stars. Staff gave me a heads up when the Wait would be short, and it was. I got right in & out, the staff was very friendly & professional.

The entire staff from the receptionist so the young lady that did die x-rays was first class treated me with respect. Way time was less than 10 minutes I truly believe that this is a wonderful great place and suggested to anybody requiring images thank you to the staff

I ALWAYS love going to Metro at 31st Ave & Peoria! Everybody is always soooo nice! Especially the receptionist-I told her what a FANTASTIC job she did putting together multiple sets of MRIs a month or two ago for me.

T the staff is very nice and friendly. Extra helpful with my orders that weren't there. And, the front office Lady even gave me a ride home because Ava#o dropped the ball 3x's yesterday!

I was contacted by text and by voicemail to make an appointment for my X-ray. When they contact to me, they told me to make an appointment on line. I went to their website and made an appointment online for my X-ray. Then, when I showed up to my appointment I was told that they don't make appointments for x-rays and that I would have to wait for 2 and a 1/2 hours. There were about 20 people waiting there, and I was not going to wait because I was feeling sick. I went on Monday to a different location and that location opened up 10 minutes late. I think this practice is pretty unprofessional.

My experience with Simon Med was very pleasant. All staff members went out of their way to assist me in every way. With being handycap most tasks are difficult for me. All staff members were understanding and very patient. Thanks to all of them I was able to complete my MRI and x-rays.

Really great service and kind staff at Simonmed Metro II location with Liz at the front desk who was kind, efficient and very helpful throughout my appointment. Danny the Tech was really great in getting me through multiple MRIs by talking to me and explaining things thoroughly throughout helping to keep me calm. I appreciate them both and would prefer to drive here again in the future given the excellent service and human kindness. Keep up the great work!

Confirm with two people that I am scheduled for a biopsy at this location today. Get here, they collect my money and then 20 min later come out and say oh we don't do that test here. I've taken the day off, taken my meds and arranged transportation but oh f'ing well, you'll have to reschedule somewhere else on a different day. Then she couldn't refund money, had to call corporate for that and will take 7-10 days. This place is a joke and their schedulers are incompetent!

Unfriendly staff, my wife had an appointment at 11 AM and told her to show up at 10: 45 AM uploaded all the documents and forms they needed. There was one patient in the lobby and made us wait till 12: 30PM. I wish if they said they were going to take longer I could've reschedule for a different day and different location. Very unprofessional we saw other patients complaining about the same issue. Plus my wife was fasting the whole time she almost fainted so imagine the situation! My wife was Hangry!

I had to fast and drink 32oz of water an hour before my appointment so my bladder can be full. My appointment was at 11: 00am so I get here around 10: 45. I was told that they were running about an hour late so I had to empty my bladder and explained my situation. I had to pay for my water and still wasn’t seen by 12: 30 which is when I finally left because everyone else that arrived was being seen on time. They weren’t running late for them. The girl at the front desk was also very rude and disrespectful. Never going to SimonMed again

I made two appointments, one online and one by phone. Both times I showed up and there was a sign taped to the door saying that the office is closed. Definitely frustrating, I’ll be going with another company from now on even though I had positive experiences in the past

I went in today 11/20/2020 at 12: 25 pm and was turned away! I went in a walk in basis because i was only getting a xray and the guy in the front desk said the wait is two hours i said ok I can wait and he said NO and that i needed to go to another location! And was rude. I was willing to wait so i dont understand what the issue was. Worst customer service ever. I will not EVER be returning here and i will not recommend simon med again.

Went to the metro center location. They are listed as open on Mondays. They had a sign on the door saying closed and call the corporate office. Corporate directed me back to the metro center location. Seriously!? !
I had to tell them that they were closed. Sad that the csr agents aren't told what's happening so they can be fully informed for good customer service. Closest location? Desert ridge Mall on Tatum, across town.

This was my first visit to SimonMed Imaging. I was having my foot x-rayed to check for potential broken bones. The process of signing in was very efficient and the wait for the x-ray procedure was not very long. The x-ray itself was professionally done and included multiple images. My doctor received the results quickly. I’m very satisfied with the experience and services.
