New 3D mammogram equipment. Excellent technician and prompt, courteous care. Highly recommend

Didnt like hearing that there was no radiologist on site to read my pictures & especially sad that previous radiologists are gone

The transmission of my records was very slow. I waited an hour for my records to get to the radiologist to read. After all that time all of the records hadn't been transmitted. I left not having the complete report. I have had cancer so I wanted a complete report.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.
I don't know if I will continue with this practice. There are changes that have occurred since SimonMed have taken over that I don't like. My health provider doesn't require a referral yet you do. I don't like paying upfront. Bill the insurance then bill me the balance.

Everyone is nice but every time I have gone there is nobody else in the waiting room and the wait is much too long. Plus they tell you to arrive early. I waited an hour before I finally got in the mammogram room.

Everything went well with my appointment. I did not have a very long wait time. The two techs that did my exam were very nice and did everything to make me feel comfortable.

I was greeted with a friendly smile by the lady at the front desk. A very short while later, I was called back by another woman who handed me a gown. She gave me no instruction regarding lockers dressing, where to wait, etc. The gown was far too small. After an awkward, uncomfortable, thankfully short wait, I was called back. The technician was kind, efficient and gentle. Overall, an okay experience. Perhaps a little more training for staff.

The women that work at Simon Med Imagine are so great. From the woman at the front desk to the tech that takes your mammogram they are the best!

Got in the office a few minutes early had a 10 o’clock appointment I was taken in on time and I was out within 30 minutes. Glad to see they have the same technicians everyone was very nice and helpful. Nice to know nothing has changed I have been going there for 15 years. Would highly recommend

Olga and the doctor explained everything thoroughly before the procedure. I felt comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend them.

I was seen in a timely manner. I filled out the paperwork the receptionist gave me called in for test and treated with respect. I was in and out quickly. By the way the tec explain my exam very well. I like going there, people are friendly.

3 D machine was down, however I was advised of this and given an option to reschedule. Had to wait approximately 25 minutes for appointment. All employees were kind.

It was professionally run. Very helpful and the staff was great. They helped you through your procedure one step at a time. Thank you
