SimonMed Imaging - Sun City West

This is the most inefficient and unorganized medical office to which I have ever been sent. The technician was very courteous and helpful which is the only reason I’m giving one star. Every person checking in while I was there experienced some problem, either with their appointment time, insurance issues, or wait time. I originally went to the facility closest to my home and was told there was a long wait time and was sent to this facility and was told that the wait time was even longer here! They should not have a walk-in policy if they cannot honor the patient’s time. I will tell my doctor that I will NOT go to a SimonMed facility in the future.

Arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and the front desk rep said they were running about an hour behind because of a technical issue. Since they knew of this issue well before my appointment, they should of contacted me so I could plan accordingly with my job. Please be more considerate of people's time. CT tech and front office reps were nice.

The tech that did the procedure was absolutely top rate! She was professional in every way and spent time talking with me which really helped to pass the time!

Each time I’ve been to this location the staff has been friendly and helpful. Dr. Peter is a genius in his work and his assistant Renee is so kind. They truly show their compassion for their job.

From the receptionist through the MRI scan, I was treated like a person. The breast imaging can be one of the most humiliating test, but Alex the tech and I am sorry I forgot her name made appropriate jokes to ease me. Very professional.

Waited a little longer than expected, they only had one tech doing the CT scans. After getting acquainted with this hard working man, I found out that he had been there since early morning & not even taken a lunch break in order to get all the patients in. He was going as fast as he could. SimonMed needs more techs like Greg. He plays music for you & thoroughly explains what he is going to do. He also tells you how sorry he is for the wait. SimonMed needs to control the amount of bookings that they set so people don’t get so angry if having to wait too long, and so the techs could get breaks. I anticipated the wait after finding out from other patients that they had been waiting hours, so I was ok waiting. My advice to patients, “Anticipate the wait and you won’t get so angry. Give the tech a break too, you just don’t know how long of a day they had without a break in order to get you in. ”

I went to the Suncity west location to get an MRI dont on my lower back, everyone was very polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent staff were considerate, gave clear instructions and treated me like a person. Very pleased with my experience thtere.

Great place but had to wait an hour to get called in for my X-rays. I was a walk-in so maybe should have expected that but was never told and had to ask twice it they forgot me.

It was my first time having an mri. Upon arriving at Simon med I was greeted by the front desk staff, and soon I was taken back for the mri. The technicians explained the procedure and 20 minutes later I was finished. No issues at all. Thank you so much for such great care. Rick

Appointment started on time after check-in paperwork completed.was greeted by the tech who explained, and completed the ultrasound.very professional and informative.

Walked in for an X-ray…unscheduled.and walked out 15 minutes later. Excellent service at front desk and skilled technician in x-Ray. If you have to do it, do it here

Updated 10/17/2021. Had Appt for MRI at 11: 30. Backed up so didn't get out until almost 2: 00 pm

Employees were good, needs attention from higher ups.

Today I was able to get in and get out on time. Once I arrived. I waited not even 5 minutes before I was for my imaging. The practioner was very kind and knowledgeable.

The staff at Simon Med in Sun City West are very courteous and professional including the reception and back office staff.

Desk clerk was very helpful at a very overcrowded time.went for an xray and no appointments were taken, just walk in. Difficult. She took my info and I came next day. Got right in.
