Good experience from start to end. Edgar was my CT technician. He was professional, polite and made the scanning experience more comfortable. I would strongly recommend SimonMed and I will definitely pick them if I need any imaging done in the future.

Service at the Prescott location deserves 4 or 5 stars, but their notification system is horrible. I received multiple automated calls and text messages stating they had received the orders submitted by my doctor. I was directed to schedule online or press 1 to speak to a scheduler. Their online scheduling system didn't have my order yet, so I pressed 1 to speak to a scheduler. I waited on hold for 23 minutes, then the system ended the call. I had to make the appointment online without the order for reference. I went to the appointment yesterday; again, great service, but then today got a call from my doctor's office because Simon-Med contacted them saying they've tried contacting me multiple times and couldn't reach me to schedule my test. Seriously, don't notify me that you've received my order, instruct me to schedule online, but not have my order uploaded yet. And if you don't have staff available to answer calls and schedule appointments, don't leave your customers on hold them hang up on them.

The receptionist Christine was extremely helpful today. Even though the X-ray services was unavailable, she helped with an insurance issue I had, fixed the problem so I would be able to proceed with future x-rays and MRI. Christine also directed me to another location that could provide me services today, so my 2hour trip here wasn't for nothing. While I was stressed and frustrated, Christine's pleasantness and desire to help me at that moment made a huge difference. Customer service was amazing and she needs to be recognized.

I was a walk in for cervical spine xrays. I was told the wait was two hours! But I could leave to run errands and come back. I left and came back an hour later. I waited in the office for another 90 minutes before getting the xrays, which took about 5 minutes. I wish you could make an appointment for simple xrays, but you cannot.

Edit 6/14: after reaching out to them AGAIN, I AM STILL BEING IGNORED! I STILL HAVE THE INVOICE SHOWING THEY OWE ME A CREDIT AND NOTHING. THE OWNER COMMENTING I SHOULD CALL BILLING IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND HAS MADE ZERO EFFORT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! If I could give 0 stars I would. They charged us full price for an MRi, attempted to get a refund for the difference in that and my copay, couldn't get anyone on the line. Called my insurance, they confirmed my payment should have been the copay and they couldn't get ahold of them either. Finally got an email with a copy of the bill showing I was due an over 300 dollar credit and that they would send it in 30 days. Here we are, it's been 4 months since the MRI and they still can't be bothered to get back to me. I've seen others posting on Facebook with the same issue, will go literally anywhere else but here next time

Everything went great with me checking in before my appt and checking by Chatting if I had completed everything!
Jenna did a great job at the entry desk.

After having my CT scan rescheduled twice due to lack of insurance approval, I had not heard from them the day before my third attempt I contacted them. I asked if they had received approval or if we needed to reschedule again, she said please hold while I check. Line then went dead and I received email stating that my appointment was for the next day and to please complete check in online and preop instructions. I received another confirmation the next morning for my appointment that afternoon, I therefore went four hours without eating or drinking anything (arizona mid-day) and drove over 50 miles to facility for procedure. Upon arrival was informed that Insurance wanted doctors notes so they sent the notes to them "yesterday". NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

I usually get excellent care at this location. However, this time they forgot to give me ear plugs and when they put my hand in the hand stabilizer they pinched the skin on my forearm causing a lesion. I think it was a newer tech but still they need to pay better attention to detail.

Due to a person at the front desk screwing up, I had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes for a first come first served X-ray. Three people who came in after I did were taken care of before I was.

Also, the billing department messed up on my wife's insurance billing.

If my doctor didn't care where my images were taken, I would be using a different provider.

The technician was terrific. Very kind & professional… Their imaging folks do a great job.

This isn’t five stars because of the front counter staff… They are friendly, but debated with me regarding Workers Comp’s ability to pay for my scan, saying specifically, “Workers Comp won’t pay for that. They only pay for injuries”. Rather than listening to my explanation that WC has already agreed to pay & provided WC insurance details for billing. They were clearly misinformed regarding WC insurance, which made the process a bit frustrating.

After having my ultrasound canceled by a different imaging centre SimonMed could fit me in really quickly. All of the staff I met were really friendly and very helpful. Also my results were back with my doctor the same day. This is where I will be going from now on. Thanks

Edgar was great! Explained everything very well and performed his work quickly and efficiently.

Christine at the front desk was delightful. She showed great empathy for the people she was helping, and did it in the most positive way.

Alexiana? (Sonogram) was terrific. Great sense of humor and very kind.

I had several tests scheduled and these people moved me smoothly through them all and I was out in less than an hour. Thank you to all.

Arrived early, had already completed paperwork online (something everyone should do,) checked in and they took me in 1/2 hr, early. Contact with everyone was pleasant and without hassle.

Never been to Simon med but as soon as I got inside was greeted by a very nice receptionist. She helped me check in. The ultrasound tech was very professional and helpful along the way. Highly recommend coming here to get imaging done.

The office staff was very warm and professional the moment I walked in the door.
The technician was very kind and listened to the special needs I have when having an MRI. She did everything possible to make me comfortable. She was very gentle and patient when it came to the contrast injection. I have very tiny, rolling veins, so getting the catheter in was problematic. She was very, very careful, but my veins blow easily. After a few tries, she brought in a the male tech to see if he could find a good vein. Fortunately, he got it on the first try. My tech told me that they each help one another if they have a special case like mine (he’ll come in to help her patient, and she will go in to help his patient). Their system works, and that’s all that mattered to me

When the imaging was complete, my tech let me sit for a few minutes, then assisted me with getting up & off the table. I wasn’t being rushed out, just as I was not rushed in.

A patient can really tell that the staff here sees each patient as a person, not just a name & number in a chart.

I would definitely recommend this Simon Med facility in Prescott for your imaging needs

Once I got an appointment, things went very well. I was able to fill out all their forms in advance. Was.able.to check in on line and shortly after I was called in for my procedure
I was very pleased with the whole process.

I will never make another appointment at Prescott Medical Imaging because SimonMed is so amazing. No mask mandate! No making you feel like you're a part of a herd of cattle. No long lines! The people at the counter actually smile at you and say hello instead of here's your mask.use this antibacterial BS.
Update: I had to have another x-ray at simonmed and the moment I walked in I was ordered to wear a mask. I told them to cancel my appointment. They put me in a separate room away from other people. I wasn't happy about it but the next time I went which was only 2 weeks later, they had discontinued The Mask mandate because so many people told them they weren't happy about it
