Danielle had a very professional demeanor and was very pleasant
Ms Lewandowski was the perfect tech- capable, pleasant- made me feel comfortable. She had a very kind manner- she did this small adjustment and ended up with a small tap on the shoulder which was very gentle- sounds corny and I’m sure she did it unconsciously, but it was very reassuring.
I do not remember the name of the young lady that helped me with my MRI but she was amazingly calm and very nice which helped me a bunch get through the mri
I’ve been going to Simon Med since they first opened their doors at Mt. View & Simon read my first MRI report to me. I like that all my records are all in one place. Every time I have an appointment the staff is friendly & the tech's listen to me before my procedure & make you very comfortable & at ease.
I wish I could give a review based on different categories. Scheduling was a nightmare! The test I needed, could not be booked online and had to go through a special department, which was very difficult to reach and apparently understaffed. It took me over a week of calling and being on hold each day for 40+ minutes. Finally, through the chat feature online, I was given a direct phone number to the department for scheduling.
Everything else about my Positive. Danielle was professional, compassionate and calming.
I recently had to go to SimonMed for the first time for my mammogram & a breast scan.
My experience with the young nurses there was brilliant!
They are all so friendly, respectful & knowledgeable it was a pleasure to be having my procedures done there.
Staff at the Scottsdale location were friendly. Scheduling was a nightmare due to the appointment was set at a closer location a month out, and the day before they call me to tell me that I had to schedule at the Scottsdale location for a stronger MRI. I waited over a month for this scan for something they could have told me the day of and time was serious.
Great. Smiling, helpful, informative, professional technician.

I call the main office and ask for ext 4817. When they do that the supervisor says “oh it’s bc they are busy” it’s been like this for few Wks as I’ve called multiple times and that ext says “out of service” Just trying to be transferred to Mountain View location w a live person to get my question answered & continues to say “out of service”. You make it very difficult to contact the scottsdale location. Why? Supervisor even said that my specific issue is for the location. “Let me txfr you” is all I keep getting. This is my husbands health we are dealing with. I need help.
The tech was extremely informative and compassionate. She patently answered my questions as did the DX (needle biopsy). I am sorry to say the opposite was true of tech performing mammogram. She hardly said 2 words, was rough and only 1 tone towards the end muttered “sorry”. I usually get much better treatment during a mammogram.
Check in was easy as you do it on line. However, to have to wait for over an hour after your appointment time is not acceptable at all. When I was finally called in for my mammogram it was fast.
Everything went very well from Check in to getting the xray to leaving. Technician was very friendly and professional
The front desk person was welcoming and friendly and the technician Danielle who did my scan made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure, painless IV & came in early to do my test cause it was rescheduled due to insurance taking forever and I couldn’t be more thankful that someone did that. It’s such a kind thing to do. I haven’t been to the new facility and it’s very nice.
Had to wait 50 mins.apparently they double booked. Not the greatest communication as your waiting.
Impossible to make an appt then they canceled the only friendly person I had was the MRI tech she was friendly and informative
This is beyond overdue. I have been here more than once and I always am amazed at the service and yet I always forget to take the time to write a review. I hope all these people are still here. Ismerai, at the front desk was an absolute gem. Rachelle the MRI tech was super informative and kind. Aliyah the manager went above and beyond my second time there after flying in from out of state to a nightmare of a situation. Greg, the injection tech is really kind, has a great sense of humor and the best manners. Dr. Holemon, knows what he is doing and talks you through the process. He is focused and you can tell he is in his lane. Grateful for the expertise and the experience at this location. Would highly recommend and have often gone out of my way to go to this particular location. Best customer service.
Very efficient, they didn’t keep me waiting Explained process well there were no surprises. And I was done in reasonable time. Thank you for valuing my time as much as yours!
