Horrible!
Waited so long (over an hour before taken back to wait some more in their hallway!)
Eventually falling asleep.
Whoever decorated this place should be fired!

Simon Imagining treated me very well. Amanda did a wonderful job of talking to me the whole time I was in there, and was quite clostifobeck. She made the whole process of getting 2 back to back MRI's so much easier for me. Therefore, I was able to relax more and time seemed to go by faster. THANK YOU AMANDA at the 27th ave & the 101 location. Emploees like her, make the differace, to customers like me

Having been here twice in the last year, both experiences were about the same. The medical staff in the back is great. Very friendly and attentive. The front desk staff, however, seem to be more involved in having personal conversations and annoyed when they have to check people in.

Have a question can't speak to a person just to a damn machine technician at facility was great everything at facility went good

After a very frustrating experience at the Arrowhead location I will recommend the Deer Valley location every single time. They were polite, got my sons x-ray done quickly and it was so refreshing after what we dealt with at the Arrowhead location. Thank you!

Had an appointment at 1pm for an ultrasound. There was 1 person ahead of me and I still waited 2 hours. Extremely fruatrating experience.

I've been going to that place for years but it was anexpectedly fast! I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Very nice, i was a walk in and they got me right in the X-ray tech was super friendly and really efficient.

I went for X-rays, which are done on a walk-in basis only. I went at about 3: 30 pm and they were not busy. My wait was short and my technician was great - very personable and helpful.

I was a walk-in but only waited maybe 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and made my experience a pleasant one. Thank you SimonMed for your great service. My test results even came back a day earlier than I was told they would.

Very nice staff. Love the decor makes it have a warm welcoming feeling. My tech was wonderful. She was kind and patient with me and cared about my needs.

Friendly staff, probably greeted as soon as I walk through the door, cold water was available in the sitting room. Staff was very informative.

The staff was very friendly, both at the front desk and the X-ray tech. The tech explained everything was doing.

I came unprepared and in a bad mood, Grace was very calm and and was able to work with me. In the end I was happy and I got the results needed. Thank you

MRI test was very painful for me; I'm still stiff and sore the day after.
Found out that the techs at the original location where I was scheduled refused to do my test so I was inconvenienced by having to reschedule at a different location 3 times as far from my house and a later date. I was only given 5 minutes warning that my original appointment was cancelled.

Very professional- personable. I was in and out very quickly. The staff were great. Parking garage for Facility was extremely assessable and convenient. I Recommend this site and scheduled my next appointment before leaving.

The experience was outstanding, the tech was amazing thank you for taking good care of me please I do not remember the tech name but please let her know I am greatful. GOD BLESS

Always happy with SimonMed but this office was outstanding. My appointment was at 8: 45 and I was in and out by 9 after a through exam and never felt rushed. Friendly efficient staff.

The girl up front was very nice and professional. When they brought me into the back I was pleasantly surprised that the two guys in the back were extremely nice and professional too. They made this process way easier and comfortable than I could of expected.

Wait time wasn’t bad. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Alvin was great with my four year old while doing his X-rays.
