I give 5 stars for the treatment I received while getting my CT SCAN she treated me wonderfully from the minute I got in the testing Lab. Kept me informed of anything and everything she was going to do, but getting to this point it was very frustrating beacause my appointments were cancel the day of the appointments and supposely they told me that they called that morning n left a message of the cancellation, and my question is why they cancel the day of my appointment. My second appointment they also cancel due to the CT Scane machine been broke and they telling me that my phone was disconnected when in fact the hhad on file my land line home phone and my cell phone, but the worse was that both cancellations where done when I got to the facility, is upsetting for me beacause it takes me a while to get dress and ready to go to any appointment and they at both facilities the receptionisrs were very uncaring about the cituation I was in after both cancellations. I tried at different times to re-schedule n it would take a very long time for any body to answer my phone call and left a message for sombody to call me back n they would never call me back. It took my Doctors office to get my appointment done, but like I said in the biggening of my input the Nurse that process my CT Scan was very very caring and wonderfully kind and knowledgeble I give her 5 stars, but the schedulers a 3 star.

They are so professional and friendly! I was treated with the utmost care & respect at this location. From the receptionist in the front to the technician that did my CT Scan, I score them a 10+. Thank you!

Their staff was friendly and real professional I was in and out before I knew it thank you SimonMed for all you do during these uncertain times I would definitely recommend them to anybody

I was sent to Simone Med for an ultrasound on Thursday. The results were to be sent to my doctor “stat” - was told they would be sent that same day. The results were not sent until the following Tuesday. Fortunately, it wasn’t a blood clot or their delay may have had much worse implications.

I have had to reschedule two times with SM! My appointment was canceled due to an MRI machine that apparently didn’t work but I still received emails and texts prompting me to show up for my appointment. I called and no answer so I showed up for my appointment only to be sent home! Luckily I hadn’t taken my sedative for the MRI. The net is that I had a 6-month appointment with my neuro specialist that I had to cancel due to no MRI!
I am calling and getting set up with your competitor, Smile! I will never return to Simon Med! You have wasted my time.when I am in such neck pain and need answers! I am furious with your company.

This facility is the best one I gone to so for, the staffs and techs are great. Everytime my dr's order me tests I request this location.

I loved the customer service provided by the staff at 3rd Street and Thomas location.
Since I am hard of hearing they made me feel at home. Especially the radiologist.

The staff were very experienced in a way most places I've been to are not. I can really see how my tech cared and understood about my issues. This was not "just a job" but someone's life passion. Every visit makes you wanna return with coffee and doughnuts to show thanks and appreciation

My experience was very good. The office personal are tight on it from the moment I walked in. Minimal wait and my tech was amazing. Very informative and kind. She made me feel very relaxed. Great experience.

Swift positive experience as always, almost no waiting, very professional technicians, and in short order I was on my way.

Everyone was great the only thing I had a problem with is I was left a voicemail giving one about but when I checked in I was given a different amount

My visit at Simon med was a very pleasant experience they were very friendly and helpful and very professional at what they do I was very surprised And very happy with my visit there the technician her name was Tara was very very good and set me At ease during my test yes I would go back again.

Professional, efficient and friendly. Explained all steps throughout the test. No surprises from sceduling to billing nor prep through exam. As good of an experience one can have given the nature of the service.

SimonMed treated me politely and with respect. Every step required to my appointment was fast and simple. I thank everyone who helped me achieve my test so I wasn't the least bit scared to do the test.

The tech, Tara, at Simon Med on 3rd and Thomas, was terrific. She explained everything thoroughly to me. I was a bit apprehensive about this test, but she made it much more tolerable. She deserves to be "Employee of the Month"! Thanks, Tara!

Everyone I came in contact with from the time I entered the building until the time I left were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing imaging services.
