A good experience but for the fact that I couldn’t hear the lady doing the mri and she seemed impatient with me
Depends on the site you go to: I was not happy being scheduled with 2141 E. Camelback. One tech and one front office person. Polite but ran tardy by 30” and I had arrived early enough to do X-ray as well. But they didn’t have time. After the MRI I had to go over to 24th St site where they could have done both. They were warm and friendly, not rushed. I will definitely book there in the future. 5 star for Biltmore and 3 star for 2141 site.
I have gone to the Biltmore location (2141 Camelback) for many years. Always on time, friendly and efficient. This appt.a miscommunication on my insurance led to rescheduling my appointment. My appt.was for 2: 00 and did not get my MRI until after 3: 00. I will get future imaging there; I think this was a fluke.
The staff are immature and Lazy. They will waste your time on purpose just out of childish pettiness. And the Radiologists have produced Incorrect results on more than 1 occasion.
The staff violate HIPPA laws by gossiping and making fun of different patients Illnesses in the back office.
Dont feed this business anymore of your money.

Wonderful, caring staff. Quick and efficient too. Location was clean, inviting, and comfortable.
Everyone was patient and kind. They explained matters simply. The office area is beautifully designed to instill calm. The temperature was not freezing like most labs.
My appt was at 3: 30 pm. I wasnt seen until 5 pm. I was notified on arrival at 3 for check in that they were behind but was told it would be about a 20 minute delay in appt. Ended up being an hour and a half. Staff was friendly which made it easier to not be so angry about having to sit around for so long.
Very attentive and cordial is an exceptional team I recommend. I didn't have to wait long and I didn't have an appointment
Very friendly, professional front desk. Check in very easy. What I loved was that they accommodate the working person, with hours after 5: 00pm. Always my choice is to go here, recommend them highly.

Only 2 including me in waiting room.i waited at least 45 minutes for 10 minutes of a cspine xray.rediculous.

The MRI technician was very quick and polite. He helped me through the whole process and I was out in a breeze. Very clean facility too and nice receptionist. Very pleasant visit.
Quick, attentive service in completing my MRI, but confusion between tech.and front desk. (Tech.said I would NOT get a DVD of my results. When I checked out, the receptionist said I would, and that my DVD would be ready shortly.) Also, tech completing MRI gave very little information about what would happen before and during MRI. I'd be concerned if I hadn't had an MRI before.
