I only had a few minutes of wait time. The nurse who helped me was quick, gentle and friendly. I go back to this location every year!

Easy access to office. Covid-19 mitigation strategies are in place and office staff was wonderful!

Staff was kind and there was a short wait, but wouldn’t recommend if you have an order for a STAT ultrasound. I’ve been waiting a couple of days and my doctor’s office still hasn’t heard from them.

I was given great service from the moment I walked in, great customer service. Then the technician he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made sure I was feeling ok and just walked me through the experience of my CT Scan

There was 2 1/2 wait at my first location and the clerk was awesome by calling another location for availability. I got in immediately.

It was an ok experience for testing. Everyone was pleasant, the gown covered everything and it was warm enough.
The only issue I had was that my husband called to see if I was still there and they told him that I left already even though I was still there another 40 minutes. He was VERY worried for no reason.
Please get an office in Maricopa!

Staff was very friendly.long wait for your xray, staff said 10 minutes over 45 minutes in one simon med and 30 min in the another.but overall great staff

Worst customer service on the phone when I was making my appointment. The lady was extremely rude the whole time making the appointment. Luckily when I actually made it into the office the lady who did my ultrasound was very nice it was refreshing because I was expecting a bad experience since it was so bad just trying to making the appointment.

Waited for awhile, tech was talking with front office staff about personal things while I waited. Otherwise, I was treated quite well.

Very efficient and made the effort to call my insurance co to make sure charged correctly, saved me over $150.00

Well, I want so impressed. Firat of all, the receptionist was very snobby and hardly even looked at me and was just not personable at all. Then I had to wait a very long time past my appt to even get called back and then I had to wait awhile in the back for my mri. Once I got called for my mri, Kris was the greatest! She was so nice and really knows her stuff. She got the job done quick and got me out of there. I was there over an hour and a half which is absolutely ridiculous! I was in extreme pain.

Everyone from reception to imaging was very friendly and helpful. Plus the wait was so much less than at Holmes St and the 60.

Very disorganized office staff. Only one person in front of me.still was an hour wait for a quick X-ray. Allowed others to go ahead if they decided their need was greater without any explaination. It’s no wonder the volume of patients is much less at this location. I will not return but rather go to the one up the road which is far busier and far more efficient. Unacceptable.

Girl at the counter was fast and efficient. My appointment time was honored. I felt the technician was thorough and polite. Good experience.

They were very thorough and explained what was going on and each step. I would definitely go back to the one on Greenfield and Guadalupe.

From sign up to my leaving this center in Gilbert, I was treated respectfully and was made to feel valued. I especially like to praise the MRI tech Chris, she was so accommodating in making this very arduous procedure more tolerable.

I have been with Simon med for several years. They have always been very professional helpful and take care of the patients. They are efficient and most importantly there is rarely any waiting time. I would recommend them for all your imaging needs.

The techs were great. Even tho my son was crying from the time we got there till we left. We were in and out very quickly.
