SimonMed Imaging - Chandler Dobson I

I found it very difficult to like SimonMed website.
1. Never able to connect to a live person.
2. Never able to find my file to change my appointment.
Still working on talking to a real person. Very frustrating & no where else to go.

Once I got to The location. I was so upset because you have all these locations to go to. I had a rush ultrasound and was just told to go to the Dobson location well that was an adventure. I drive to 3 before I got to the correct one. Here I am wonder if I have a blood clots or two after a bike fall. I have had 2 clots that that where in my lung just 2 years ago for the last one. So I was stressed and trying to find you. Well don’t try and call Simon Med you are on hold forever. I would have felt sorry for the person if they had an seared I was a mess. I am 70 years old and so worried and have to drive around all upset holding for Simon Med to help me. Well I was late but they took me thank goodness. Do something about you service and forget your web site I signed up and they keep saying they don’t have someone with that name. Well I exist thank you. If you could have someone phone me from technical help that would be great. I left 2messages for appointment and to this day no answer. I had to go to a Simon Med office to get an emergency appointment they were amazing. I am done

We thought we had an appointment but all X-rays are apparently walk in. The website could be clearer. Office staff and technician were professional and helpful.

This front desk ladies were very pleasant to work with. The wait time was very short. I was able to get in and out of my appointment in 20 minutes. The waiting area was clean. This was my first time going to this location and I will using this location now.

Terrible customer service. Waited one hour for an x-ray before being told machine was not working. Came back an hour an a half later, new receptionist (manager) told me I would have to wait another hour, she had no knowledge of equipment problem. Was sent to alternate facility for x-ray.

I was told my appointment was at 8 am, got sent to three different properties, was told that even if I was transferred to a manager the manager couldn't help me (classic call center training move). The manager did in fact help me, but still sent me to the wrong address. Simon Med also got the imaging results wrong. I got prepped for an esophagus dilation, which come to find out wasn't even what was needed. The tech totally botched the paperwork. Simon Med, y'all can save your apology to this post. It seems they just hand those imaging certs and medical imaging permits to anyone. Oh yeah, one of the techs there walked right in my face without wearing a mask as well (lost several to Covid, but hey medical advisors seem to be above that).

Easy and effortless visit! Went in for an X-ray. Lady at the reception area was nice and professional. I waited maybe 15 minutes before I went in. X-ray tech was really friendly as well. I was done in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Nice office and location.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

However, the actual building location we needed to be at, out if three in the plaza, was extremely confusing. The information should have been provided when scheduling. Or at least mention there are three buildings for SimonMed in the same area.

Instead I walked the entire parking lot in 113° heat carrying a baby in a carseat, visited each SimonMed. I was very frustrated. The first office I went to, gave me the wrong building to go to next for my appointment.

At my most recent Simon Med Imaging appointment the experience there was very pleasant from the receptionist greeting to the actual Cat Scan procedure - everything was professional- and courteous. The X-ray technician Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable during the procedure but also answered all questions and concerns I had in easy to understand terminology. I would most certainly recommend Simon Med Imaging on Dobson Rd in Chandler Arizona to family and friends, and would definitely choose them again for any future needs. I wish I knew the ladies name upfront however she was very nice professional and efficient as 6 or 7 people all walked in at once and she handled it very well. The office was set up to meet Covid and it was a good experience.

Great care. I did not have to wait for a long period of time before my procedure. Staffing was very friendly & helpful. Doreen in Mammography is AMAZING. I will definitely request her next time.

Fast to get an appt. And mri and dex scans were super fast. They use the newest mri machine and it scans fast and is reviewed nearly as fast

It was my first time at this place and the staff was extremely nice and I did not have a long wait time

After arriving on time and waiting for a period of time, my appointment was canceled because of equipment failure…?

Very professional and hospitable. Technician was nice and had an easy going manner about him. He explained what he was going to do first. The exam went just the way he said it would.
Only thing missing was some reading material in the waiting room.

Had my order for weeks but had not had approval for my share had to wait One hour then I asked to have the test done
After asking a manager I got it done. When I came out 45 minutes later I paid my $11.42
This isn't the first time with SimonMed. They need better system.

The staff was very courteous, however when a 45 min wait turns into 2 hours and people that came in after you get taken in first it's hard to appreciate any business. I just feel that if you want to offer a service then do so correctly or not at all.

I use Simon Med for all of my imaging—MRI’s, CT scans, mammograms and bone density scans. A lot of doctors recommend Simon Med because their imaging is sharp and clear. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve been going there for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

People very nice. On time the appointment. Manager was helpful in questions. Test was not painful like others place. I highly recommend this place

I wasn't happy about them being behind schedule by 30 minutes. I also wasn't thrilled about sitting in a hallway half -dressed for ten minutes waiting for my turn. The mammo tech was good though. Quick and efficient.
