I got to my appointment before Todd and waited to my time to be saying took medication to make me where I can get into the MRI and was saying 45 minutes later because another lady decided to show up at my car insist that she be saying and I push my time back I think that she should have had to wait until it was someone that did not show up or to the and I did not think it was fair to me

Love this location! Riley at the front desk was warm. Then Lindsay who did my MRI made sure I was comfy throughout the entire process. Both ladies show incredible, genuine empathy. Thanks m'ladies

Very professional and courteous and clean. They protect your ears well, and communicate before and during the procedure. I went through RadiologyAssist which made it affordable for me because I had no health care insurance. I have more diagnostics that I need to do in the near future and I will definitely use them again.

The staff was very accommodating and sincere. They offered a payment plan and I’m on disability, so it was very helpful.
The place was clean and comfortable.

The tech took the time to position me to reduce the pain during the MRI. MRI’s are excruciating for me due to my spine problems and movement disorder. I got the best care I have ever had for an MRI and I have them almost yearly and have had them done at Mayo in Rochester, the U of M in MN as well as by your competition in AZ. Outstanding customer care. I wish I knew her name because I would request her for my next imaging! Bravo!

I had a fairly urgent medical situation, my dr ordered stat MRI. I have never been to Simon before. Ronnie understood, he could get me an appt in about 3hrs. While I was in pt, the location called me almost immediately to advise i could come in now if i wanted, they were not busy. I was able to get right in, the staff was wonderful & I was done about the time of my original appt. When you're hurting & miserable, this simple thing can work miracles for the patient. Thank you so much.

I had to have an MRI and was very hesitant due to being claustrophobic. The front office gal was very patient and understanding with my questions and even allowed me to speak with the tech before making my appointment. Once there, Shane the tech was fantastic, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable during the scan. This is the only place I will go should I need an MRI in the future.

Patrice was such a caring, patient woman. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t complete my exam. We got through one but I was able to reschedule the other two. She was kind and empathetic technician, much appreciated

The location at deer valley rd was fantastic. Greeting you with a smile. In and out so quickly. I wish they had more services there. Great location.

I have had 3 MRI’s in the past year at a couple different Simon Med locations. I love this location! The Radiologist is fantastic - very kind and thoughtful! MRI’s suck and she makes the process so much easier! I drive from Glendale for this specific location!

They were running almost 1.5 hours behind. While they called me at home 1/2 hour prior to my appointment, I had already left the house. So I went back home. And checked in when they told me to which was just a half an hour later than my appointment. Then I sat there for almost an entire hour waiting to be seen.

They were super easy to work with, worked me in at last moments notice, very professional and very thorough. I highly reccomend them
