Madison is amazing! I had a ton of questions and she answered everything and more with so much patience and understanding. Madison is a model customer service representative and a true asset to Simplicity and their customers.

I definitely recommend Kurnita! I’ve never done laser before and she just made me feel super comfortable! It was super fast and easy and I’m so happy with the results.

I really enjoyed my session. Kurnita was my technician and I’m grateful that she explained the before after and during processes. So can’t wait for my results.

I will start by saying I’ve never had laser hair removal and I will continue to post updates as I go. Two stars for the overall experience: this started as a Groupon gift of 6 medium area, however when I called to schedule I was up sold into an 18 mos contract during which I was assured of the experience level of the technicians;
when I got there there was zero warmth being emitted from the employees that walked by and it was the same when I left;
my technician didn’t introduce herself so I asked her name;
we spent the next 5 minutes in a debate over what I was getting done including whether my ears were included which I was assured would be the case when I scheduled and she said that the tzone of my forehead shouldn’t be treated;
when she was about to finish I had to request that she treat around my nose; best of all she had an entire 4 mos of experience under her belt. Sadly, I spent the rest of the day in a funk of buyer’s remorse.

Simplicity Laser has been awesome! From the first time I called to every appointment I have had since has been a great experience. Everyone I have worked with there has been nice and easy to work with. I have only had two sessions of laser treatments and I can already see the hair coming in less and finer.it's amazing!

Ali is a great technician. She provides great service and is very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend her and the laser hair treatment.

I absolutely LOVE Simplicity Laser! I did their 24 month, full body program and have had phenomenal results! I have fair skin and dark, coarse hair. I have tried everything else and this is the only thing that has worked. I can actually wear shorts and dresses now without the dread! The staff is informative, thorough, professional and so friendly. I absolutely recommend them. Thank you Simplicity!

Unethically told me things were covered during my treatments then didn't honor them. Waste of my money. Beware.

Go somewhere else! The girls here rush through the treatments, because they are scheduled back to back. God forbid you are 5 minutes late due to a traffic accident, because you will not get your treatment and will lose the money you paid. They are also pushy about trying to sell their memberships. Worse than car salesman! I just finished treatment and will not recommend or go back here.

Usually good technicians, some are definitely better and nicer than others. Biggest complaint is that you can't schedule appointments with the technicians you like. It's like going to a hair salon and not being able to pick who does your hair

I have had a wonderful experience at Simplicity Laser Chandler! The staff are super helpful and friendly. The technicians have all been very professional and always answer my questions well. Very knowledgeable. Scheduling is usually full if I have to cancel short notice, but I'm just prepared to schedule out and not cancel. I've already seen results after only having come a few months, and I'm SO excited! Grateful for this awesome place!

LOVE Simplicity Laser Chandler! The staff is so friendly and helpful and services are fantastic! Love the fact that I very rarely have to shave my underarms after having my treatments. The cold air blasting with the laser is a must when choosing a laser treatment facility is a MUST and they have it here! Clean, friendly and professional.

I just haven't had great (or even good) communication about my appointments and I blame corporate and their policies. I added a star because the ladies who have done the lasering are super nice. If I didnt have a contract, I wouldn't come back and I dont recommend this place to others when I talk about laser hair reduction.

Absolutely love this place! I have been going here for almost a year and its an amazing price for what you get. Im always taken back right away. I was really worried about how painful it would be but with Simplicities machine it does not hurt one bit, I've heard from friends that go other places that isn't always the case. I absolutely love Cassidy she is super sweet and very knowlegable about lazering, you can tell she's passionate about what she does.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have had the best experience! I am always greeted when I arrive, if they are running behind (which compared to a doctor's office, this place is amazing at being on time) they always let me know and apologize and my results have been nothing but great. Everything was explained to me in detail so I have known what to expect every step of the way. I will definitely be returning for their facials after my hair removal sessions are completed.
