Consultant Simplifyance reviews
11We are a small Home Health agency working towards deemed status with The Joint Commission. I reached out to the Simplifyance at the very last minute before our initial survey. They contacted us back quickly and worked us into their busy schedules to meet our demand. They reviewed several areas and gave us great input and items to implement. They truly put our mind at ease by guiding us through what to expect from the survey and how to present ourselves. Having that guidance and reassurance made us feel so much better and relaxed for the survey. We just completed our survey and had 3 findings. We look forward in working with their team to help us correct the findings and future support to help our agency run with efficiency.
Working with this team has been nothing short of exceptional. We recently went through a Joint Commission survey with Sierra by our side. She has been very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, supportive, and fit right in. The entire team was comfortable and calm knowing that we had her with us before and during the survey. The team was well-prepared, and we did exceptionally well.
In the short time since implementing Simplifyance, it has already added a level of efficiency and consistency to the operations of our treatment center as a whole. The synchronization of the calendar system, task list, and document library allows our staff to better complete compliance tasks within the structure of our day and work week and helps to keep us current. These benefits are allowing staff to be more present in the moment at work, and free to effectively address the problems and challenges that come up unannounced in the day-to-day goings of the treatment center. Simplifyance has improved our time management in regard to regular compliance responsibilities which has allowed us to be more able to start and complete projects that, in the past, have been delayed. It has also improved our overall insight into what we do in operations that is effective, and where we need to improve.
Been working with Simplifyance for a few years. Parker and the team have been amazing at making sure we still in compliance with both OBH and JCAHO. The software allows us to stay on top of everything we need to do on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Will continue to work with them!
I can’t recommend Parker and his team enough. An incredible resource when navigating licensing in behavioral health. PJS assisted Choice House in all levels of state licensure and accreditation without a hitch in the process.
PJS consulting provided the support we needed to prepare for our recent Joint Commission audit. Programmatic suggestions and action plans were created that supported our level of preparation with fantastic results. Parker was present during the audit providing support but trusting our team to explain our policies and procedures. We trust that PJS can support us in raising our standard of care to provide the best services possible.
PJS Connection Consulting is a consulting agency that is not only ethical and professional, but also really cares about its clients and their patient care. Parker has the skills, knowledge and expertise in the behavioral health field to put you at right at ease. He and his team always go the extra mile to explain and ensure that you understand his recommendations. His knowledge in Joint Commission standards & policy is not only impressive, but Parker's personality will make you feel confident with the outcome you desire as you work with him.
Parker Smith and the team of consultants at PJS are outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable on all areas of accreditation and the overall behavioral healthcare industry. I'm glad I had the chance to work with Parker, he transformed my business.
PJS Connection Consulting is a professional, ethical, refreshing consulting agency that really cares about its clients and ensuring client satisfaction. Parker is such a pleasure to work with. He has so much knowledge in the behavioral health field. Parker really goes the extra mile to explain every tiny detail to ensure you understand his recommendations and his knowledge in Joint Commission standards & policy is top notch. He will make you feel at ease the moment you speak to him. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Parker again and I recommend his services to any behavioral health organization looking for Joint Commission accreditation consulting, optimize your entire organization, or to audit your current policies and procedures. Lifeline Treatment Center is so pleased with Parker, we can’t wait to invite him back to Wilmington as soon as possible. Thank you for all you have done to help us!
PJS helped implement policies and procedures, organized needed information flow which was imperative to our SUD License for IOP in Colorado. His insight motivated me to create new ways of creating a more robust program to ensure the ability to help even more clients. We look forward to a long relationship with PJS Connection Consulting. A New Outlook Recovery Services and Colorado TMS Services highly recommend this talented, reputable professional and all he has to offer.
My organization hired Parker to help us gain joint commission accreditation. Not only was Parker affordable and knowledgeable, he was able to help our entire organization become closer, more efficient and experienced. The accreditation process can be arduous and requires specific knowledge of the process. Parker guided our team and we were accredited within 12 weeks of starting the process. The surveyor that came to our facility only had 7 findings (they stated, "This is by far the lowest number of findings ever for an initial survey"). Knowing how difficult and laborious this process is, I would not venture to do it myself. I would easily hire PJS Connection Consulting again and would encourage anyone who needs help in the behavioral health space to also hire them.
