Ingrid has good insight into the emotional pain that individuals have faced. She's my dear friend whom I trust to seek advice from. Ingrid is very professional and good at what she does. She has walked me through some really hard emotional challenges and has be instrumental in my forward growth. She is great at holding space, her office is beautiful and she is good at meeting you where you’re at and glowing with what you need that day. Ingrid is a very happy person and her office is beautiful! I started seeing her last mont for some long over-due “counseling”. After a couple visits, that word just doesn’t seem to fit.
