The workers are SOOOOO SLOW. Whether it’s the old lady or the younger lady that work there. Both are slow af.

I would like the owner of Sinclair Gas Station located at 61st Ave and Northern in Glendale to be informed of the horrible and extreme inconvenience that I went through when I purchased gasoline from your service station. On August 24th, I was in the vicinity after picking up my grandson at a neighborhood apartment community and I needed to get fuel for my vehicle. So, I decided to fill up my car at the Sinclair station because it was the nearest location and I have purchased gas among other items from there before. I sent my grandson in and he purchased by debit card 25.00 worth of gas to fill up my vehicle. After the purchase, I drove to 59th Ave and Mountain View Rd when my vehicle rattled loudly and then became disabled. I was so terrified because I was on a major street and I didn't understand what was happening. I thank God that I was barely able to pull on the parking lot of Glendale Christian Church and was not hit by the oncoming traffic. My grandson and I managed to push my vehicle into a parking space. I tried to restart my vehicle a few times to no avail and had no other recourse but to have my vehicle towed to an ASE certified mechanic. After much trouble shooting and an expensive repair totaling over $1300.00, the mechanic informed me that bad gas had caused damage to my vehicle. I was in total shock and disbelief. I called the Sinclair station to speak with the manager/owner to inform them of what had happened to my vehicle due to the gas purchase. I was of course willing to provide documentation to substantiate my claim. I was met with such hostility and rudeness by the man person I spoke with. He was so unsympathetic and refused to assist me with any information to speak with the anyone. This has caused my family an extreme financial hardship. I intend to notify the Attorney General and would like to know if there are any other's that this may have happened to. I was hoping to resolve this claim amicably even though it was my life and grandsons that was endangered and not to mention the inconvenience it has caused me. This should have been handled professionally and with some empathy and regard for my life. Who ever owns this establishment, I want you to know what a disgrace it was for how I was treated. I intend to notify the news and seek full compensation for a claim that I can substantiate.

Fuel prices can be nice but a little scared to put the pumps into my tank they never clean them and they're awfully dirty

The sandwiches are delicious and the station is super clean! All the employees are super kind and the customer service is great love coming in here on my lunch break to get some food and diesel

I'm never spending money here again. Everyone who works here is always rude and in a bad mood. I kindly told the old woman working here that their Coke and Pepsi were out and she rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her.and it stinks too!

The service is TERRIBLE, the owner is extremely rude, disrespectful, and discriminates. She discriminated a 3 year old boy with autism for excitedly yelling in the store and was incredibly racist to two young 14 year old girls. We explained to her the conditions of the boy and she said to our faces that she didn’t care if he had autism and kicked all of us out and EMBARRASSED us all in front of the rest of the customers. It was so unprofessional how the lady acted in the situation towards teenagers and a baby.

I have my son with autism and he is only 3 years old and the ” lady” that works there or is probably the owner always said things to my kid but I just relax and have a smile on my face and be nice and educated I didn’t say anything to her, she really seems like a frustrated and problematic person and living an unhappy life so I just said In my mind please God forgive her and help her and don’t send her a special Ed’s kid to her life because poor kid having that person like a mother anyways I just ignore her but I’m a very nice and friendly women that doesn’t have any thing between someone with problems so when I really need to I go to the store.but i don’t recommended she is rude and really bad customer service.

Horrible place. Opens 5 minutes late and doesn't offer basic services like cash back. How is the rest of it? I wouldn't spend a dime finding out

I love the deli but everytime i come here they always always ignore me and it takes forever to order something they are always rude when i come in they need to learn how to smile and be nice. Worse customers service ever

Other places in the area allow you to buy lottery tickets with a debit card. But there is a dinosaur.

Best Deli Sandwiches in the City. Forget the gas, you must try the food it’s. They put subway and jimmy johns to shame. It just sucks that they don’t do more advertising.

I would give the manager a 0, his clothes are not becoming of a person dealing with the public, he has no customer service skills and if the head is sick the body is too, fix it LoL

Whoever is in charge of putting recite paper in the pumps and paper towels in the dispensers outside needs to fire them self. I have not once had paper towels outside and several times have I not gotten a recite from the pump for lack of paper.
