7Great service! Our tenants have been happy for the last three years. Sinclair has stayed on top of the maintenance of our rental and has made our experience pleasant.
One of the worst companies to work with. Pulling teeth to get repairs and get personally attacked when you comfort them about it. They do not care about well being of clients as for there was mold in my 3 bedroom house and they lied and said it is clean but yet they tell me there has been mold in there and they knew. So now at this point they will lie directly to your face with no remorse! Then makes a crazy story of house there is an hoa when there is not. These people are straight scandals!
Leasing associates do not follow through. We've had issues with maintenance being done. Oh, and the owner of your home may illegally show up with out notice and they will do nothing to prevent it.
Stephanie sold our home in less than a week. It was outstanding service! She was able to negotiate a selling price that was the highest in our neighborhood to date. My husband and I were so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the Tucson real estate market. She then went above and beyond while representing us in the purchase of our current home. We highly recommend her and the Sinclair Associates team. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with, and we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
Unprofessional and complete liars. They will send a handyman to your property instead of hiring the proper professional to fix an issue. Stephaine is dishonest and will stop responding to a tenant. Carol her broker had to get involved but was of absolutely no assistance. Stephaine only wants to gain for herself. We were tricked into allowing Stephaine to represent us (current tenants) and the home owner as the real estate agent for both parties. I was told this is a conflict of interest in real estate and rarely ever done. Buying the home with her “representation” was a complete nightmare and we ended up communicating with the home owners ourselves. Stay away from these people at all cost
They were fast and efficient. I spoke to Stephanie and met Melanie (super kind & professional). I've had a great experience thus far and look forward to doing business with this team!
