Great place to rent equipment. Snowboarding package was in great shape and very cost-effective. Highly recommended.

Got my skis stollen in snow bowl but Ian and Austin helped me get last minute rentals for holidays. Amazing service! Rented here a few times and always leave happy.

I recently bought a pair of Union Force Pro bindings and boots from here. The first time I used them on the mountain both toe straps popped off. I figured there is some defect with the straps so I contacted Union who told me to take it back to Ski Pro to get the straps replaced, Union’s website also says the same thing under warranty coverage.

At Ski Pro they didn’t have anything to offer besides buying new equipment or going back to Union. I’m running around trying to get these bindings repaired and the manager at Ski Pro doesn’t think they are defective. I do not recommend shopping here if you ever have a warranty problem.

I have been going here since 1999. They are always very knowledgeable. This last time Austin was helping with new boots for existing skis and after purchasing the boots we encountered plate/binding adaption issue which Austin was quick to rectify at no added cost. He was very diligent in making sure I was happy with everything and quickly as possible. Highly recommend ski pro! Thanks Austin!

BAD EXPERIENCE! They rather loose a customers years of business rather than give a price match on a single item. Tyler from web division and his manager —- will not be shopping with them anymore… over a typical price match which I got somewhere else and I ended up buying the product anyway

The person who helped us pick out our ski boots were super knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us select boots, and we recently moved here so she gave us a lot of suggestions for mountains to go to. Really friendly and kind, we appreciate her help!

I bought a pair of K2 Ski boots here two months ago and wasn’t properly sized. In fact they just ask my size and gave me a bunch of boots to try on. I purchased what felt good. No guidance or direction on what I should be looking for when trying on boots. I went skiing two months later and foot size itself was too big. My foot knuckles were destroyed skiing in these boots. It was an expensive mistake and I can’t return them. I don’t know what the ten people standing around the store were doing instead of helping me. If you want to have your money taken from you shop here. If you want a properly fitted boot go to a real ski shop. I made the mistake of going to an outlet ski shop thinking I’d save money but in the end it will cost me more and wasted time. Maybe I can sell them for half what I paid on eBay.

These guys love to try to lock you into buying more equipment than you need to. Ordered some Burton step on bindings. Bought on line, paid and they took my money. Then I get an email saying that the bindings and boots have to be purchased together (I already have a pair of Burton Step on boots). Just a way for them to force you to buy more from them. No customer service, and stupid short sighted sales.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have put me and family in the right gear for our skill level.

My wife and I were in the Mesa Ski Pro location to buy her a new pair of ski boots.
The selection was excellent and the service we got from Dillon was outstanding.
Amazing to see such a large selection of ski equipment here in Arizona, and the sale price was better than expected.
