I've had exceptional care at the Skin Restoration Center! From the moment I walk through the door, I’ve felt welcome and appreciated. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled, and they work so well together as a team. A special shout out to Heidi and Carol…. You’re the best! Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.

I have not had a good experience with this office. I have had several laser treatments by other providers in the office, all who have left which in itself should have been a warning to me. When I arrived for my appointment with Nicole, I was told she retired to take care of an ailing relative. (Not true, she opened her own office in town) Carol Johnson did my procedure and clearly she was not capable of operating such a powerful machine. I was burned severely! When I brought this to Ms. Johnson’s attention she called it a slight reaction and left the room. I returned to the office several days later with a blistering scabbing mess. I was made to feel that the burn was my fault, and that possibly I had LIED about a health condition on my paperwork. I write this, hoping to save others from this horrific experience. I will carry a distinct scar as a reminder for the rest of my life. Horrible place, horrible owner.

I was very pleased with my consultation, treatment and overall results at Skin Restorations. I saw Heidi for an Opus Plasma treatment. Heidi was very attentive and detail oriented and walked me through the process making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. After the treatment Heidi made sure to inform me of the needed follow-up care in the days to follow. I'm very happy with my results.

I love this place. I came in several years ago with a big brown pigment on my face. Carol worked magic and figured out a way to make it disappear. The staff is so friendly and the products they offer are amazing. I certainly recommend.

Carol is the person I recommend around town. When I first moved to town I made sure to do my research on all things beauty so I could set myself up with only the best. I found Skin Restoration Center, the staff is incredibly friendly and inviting and Carol is not only passionate about what she does but clearly invests in the individual remembering your name and having a personal touch. Also I must mention she takes her time to analyze the face before just loading you up, I have a particularly active muscle on one side of my face that can be tricky to treat and she always does an amazing job. It’s hard to find this level of attentiveness in the industry and I a grateful I have found this spot.
