They were very efficient polite courteous and professional I would use them again and for me affordable

I really wanted to give a better review but I'm only giving the 3 stars purely due to the difficulty getting everything out from the 2nd floor unit & down the dogleg stairs.
First, they started off poorly, arriving 4 hours late after their earlier move that day (not their fault, bad office scheduling/oversight).
Next, I had asked Connor for all furniture to be wrapped for placement in storage knowing it would be an upcharge, and nothing was wrapped except one armoire (only wrapped after it opened and dumped out the clothes I was told didnt need to be removed).
Next, I asked for hanging garment boxes but didnt get to use them, even though they were brought & left on the sidewalk (noticed them only when getting ready to leave).
Next, they were so late finishing that the storage facility was closed for the night, which necessitated another trip and charges the next day - SUNDAY - and it still took several more hours to complete the unload.
Next, everything in storage is jumbled and messy so there's no way I can get in & find anything. Both sets of couches turned on end on the bare floor with no plastic wrap, boxes stacked on and shoved over the surface of the unprotected unwrapped wood dining table - I'm expecting deep scratches but I can't get in to see as things are chucked in everywhere and entry is now blocked.
Lastly, the carpet was pulled up over a foot into the bedroom for the few pieces that moved WITH me instead of into storage, and I'm still tripping over it as it can't be tacked down again.
Overall the 2 guys were nice enough and I REALLY wanted to be able to rave about my experience but it just left me disappointed and apprehensive about what damage I'll find when I move everything back out of storage. Connor sounded like he was setting me up for knowledgable competent moving services when I contracted with his company but that did not end up being the case, at least for me. Apologies, but I cannot recommend them.

Even though I was just making in inquiry when I phoned, the reps were polite, and knew the answers to my questions.pretty straight forward about all the charges. Will definately book there when my lease is up this summer.

So appreciated the professionalism and attention to our stuff by Avi, Juan and Gerry. Great, fun and positive attitudes despite the triple digits – really alleviated a lot of stress for us. We rocked out our move to the 80's Overall value was top notch. We look forward to doing business with Skinny Wimp again. Thank you so much!

These movers were fast and efficient. Very nice and professional. My only concern was that at the end they petered out. I had wanted my expensive dining room chairs wrapped and they wrapped the table not the chairs. They offered to come back an fix but at that point the truck was fully loaded and I was exhausted. Kudos that they were willing to do that at no extra charge. I appreciated them! So for that I will give them 5 stars regather than 4!

John and Guad did great work while getting my mom's place packed and ready. They work fast and efficiently, and did an amazing job getting everything fit in the truck and storage unit. I'm 60 days out from my move and will be looking to use this company for myself
