1 year in. Expectations vs Reality: While most orders are shipped within 1-2 days (sometimes same day), if you're lucky, what I take issue with is their handling of mistakes. Instead of these mistakes taking priority, they are often resolved at SKU's convenience over ours.
Misplaced/lost inventory, mis-ships & short-ships are rarely resolved expeditiously, answering service that only ever says the person you want to talk to is never available are just some of our other gripes. We are, otherwise, fairly content with SKU's fulfillment but, they require more diligence on the aforementioned issues.
