4Gates don’t always work. Homeless ppl often in the pool area and our library. No maintenance man, many empty trailers and ppl moving out. No manager. I liked it here when I moved here but it has gone downhill
Very quiet clean property friendly tenants, I wish I lived here it would be a blessing even though I'm disabled and a quiet person I'm still just a couple years too young to live here
Just bought a house in there. People we have met are very friendly. I also love the mountain that I can see out my window.
If the idea for all of the new rules and regulations over the past 2 years was to get people to leave Skyheaven estates, you have successfully done this. It's sad to see how many people are leaving and one can't imagine that all these changes are not playing a role in their decision making. Too bad it used to be a nice friendly place. Now it's just a mobile home park with a whole lot of rules and regulations that not everyone likes or agrees with.
