Manager is rude and incompetent. They charged me for 2 weeks after we had left. Found out afterward and tried to fix it. 3 weeks later I call to find out status. She denied us stating our reservation was under a different name. No just mine or husband's. She needs to get her act together.

Rooms were clean it was in a safe place ca did not get broken into. Everything was clean and quiet ac was good. No bugs. Only thing that sucked was we had no conditioner but times are tough because of covid and inflation so i cant hold that against them. We got a nive clean safe place to stay and thats all that matters. And their was breakfast. Im happy with my stay

NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE JUST TRAVELING THROUGH TOWN FOR A SHORT STAY!

I was traveling solo with my small, frail dog. The hotel is kept nice and tidy, but since most of the guests are people who live in the hotel as their permanent residence or long-term guests employed in local construction projects, there are weird and demeaning rules that the hotel applies to guests traveling through town on a vacation or for a 1-2 day business trip. I chose the hotel, because it was near a physician with whom we had an appointment and the Sleep Inn website described the hotel as "pet-friendly. " When we arrived in town a few hours before our medical appointment, I called to ask if we could check in early. I was told my room was ready and that checking in early would trigger an additional $25.00 charge. So we stayed away until after our appointment. When I checked in they asked how long I was staying and then the manager spoke on and on about all the wonderful sights to see in the area as if she was enticing me to stay longer. There were standard forms to complete in order to register when we arrived. Then we were given a separate little note that I was required to initial. The little note said that I understood that if I did one of 15 things, the hotel would charge me $500.00. All I recalled was not leaving the pet in the room and not bringing the pet to the breakfast that was supposedly included in the hotel cost. I asked for a copy of the pet policy form two different times from two different desk clerks and was told twice "NO! The manager says we never give our pet policy to anyone. "
There were two women clerks who stayed together whether they were behind the desk or patroling the hallways. I later asked them, if I brought my dog with me to the doorway of the breakfast area, if the front desk clerk (seated six feet from the breakfast area entrance) could hold my pet's leash for two minutes while I got my "included breakfast" to bring back to my room. As an alternative, I asked if I could stand at the doorway to the breakfast room with my dog and tell the attendant what I would like for my "breakfast included with my room fee. " I thought that these seemed like the kind gestures of one human towards another who was not allowed to leave her pet in the room as per the 15 point list they had me initial when I checked in. First they told me that they would ask their manager and text me the answer. After they did not contact me after three hours, I went to the front desk and asked the two women again. This time one of them called their manager and, with the manager on the phone, she told me "The manager says we only make boxed breakfasts for construction workers who have to get up early. " I told her "Great! But what is the answer to my question? " She talked to the manager on the phone some more and hung up the phone. Then she proceeded to tell me, "The manager said emphatically that we will only do this once for you and this WILL NOT happen again for you. " Recalling the manager's comments enticing me to stay longer when I checked in, I thought about replying, "Then it is good that I am leaving in the morning and never coming back. " Thinking that they might use that comment against me as a violation of their hidden 15 point pet policy, I kept quiet. Breakfast was fine. We slept well and I was more than thrilled to leave this Sleep Inn property in the morning. If you are traveling solo with a pet, you might consider a Best Western. They have work arounds for the pet in the room and breakfast policies when solo travelers are involved. They try to work with the guest rather than making the guest feel as if the guest is an unwanted inconvenience as was done to me at this Sleep Inn motel in Phoenix.

So I'm here on Aug 25,2022 and the first room the AC doesn't work at all! So we get them to switch out room! Now I'm the second room and it's pretty decent except the washroom door on the inside is all the paint on the door is scratched up! Second what's the point of having WiFi if you can't use it! I can't even get online via my laptop or Google tablet. I mean my cell can't even stay connected to it! If I could give it a star rating it would be a half a star it that bad!

I stayed there last night in room 123 and it was fine until breakfast time. The housekeeper stole $140.00 out of my wallet while I was at breakfast and have yet to hear back from the manager or owner of the place. They need to do something about my money and fire the housekeeper that decided to go to my room.

It worked for our needs. Breakfast was inconvenient as it stopped at 930, so didn't use all our tickets. Most staff was friendly.

Very comfortable beds, considerate staff, wonderful breakfast options, and secluded area away from major intersections. A little hard to find without GPS.

I was traveling alone and checked in at 11: 00 pm. I was greeted with kindness.shown where to park that was well lit, given water bottles because it was too late to stop at the gas station near by. The hospitality I was shown makes me want to stay here again. Thank you!

This place is pretty good for the price. We stayed here 4 nights when our a/c was out at home and temps were 100+.

Megan at the front desk is outstanding! Other people like breakfast attendants and housekeeping were very helpful and sweet.

Free breakfast! They give you vouchers. It's the same every day. It would be nicer to mix it up for guests staying longer than 1 night. It had: bacon, cheese omelettes, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, fruit, waffles, yogurt and cereal.

The a/c worked great, it was mostly clean, and has a nice washer and dryer if you need it.

There is a pool and jacuzzi which were nice but very small. Due to the blooming plants when we stayed there were always floaties. I took a dip in the jacuzzi 1x and when I got out I had leaves and debris all in my swimsuit. It would be nice if they skimmed pool more often or at least left it out for us to skim ourselves.

The big mirror in our room was bolted to the wall 2 inches too low on the right side. Does maintenance not have a level? Carpet in room needed cleaning.

My bad I didn't realize when I booked they have NO bathtubs here. Was a real bummer to not be able to soak, especially since jacuzzi was nasty.

Overall, this place was great for the price. It's right off I-17 not far from the 101 so it's a good location to get to Scottsdale or other Phoenix areas easily, although you're pretty far from downtown. Close to shopping and restaurants at Desert Ridge and Happy Valley.

Do not stay here! Our flight got canceled, made it a day late and they still charge you for the whole stay no matter what happens to you. I asked them to cancel my last day four days in advance and they still charged me for it. You have to have a ticket for the breakfast that’s is just plain nasty. The showers had drywall mud or something coating floor that was peeling off. Our night stand had a phone number carved into it with a knife. Asked for a itemized receipt and got one with the days and all zeros for the prices. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed and where in the world! Find somewhere else!

Im giving 2 stars because some of the staff were nice the room was overall fine and they had a decent breakfast. But I would never stay here again. I called over a week in advance to check to see if they had a pack and play or crib for a baby. I was told they had a crib and they put a note in our reservation. Cut to us checking in and I ask where the crib is. The woman at the front desk tells me she will go grab it. She then comes back and hands me an iron cover and says this is the crib. I’m flabbergasted. I have a baby and this is what you give me? So my husband and I have to figure something out. We just flew in from Atlanta and we are all exhausted. THEN, We go to use the bathroom and the toilet won’t flush. My husband goes back to the lady at the front desk and she proceeds to hand my husband a PLUNGER and tells him he can use that or switch rooms. We have a baby. We have literally unpacked our room. We are not moving rooms. I just could not believe how terrible the customer service was. When we checked out the front desk kept saying they were so sorry and would have a manager call us. And to no one’s surprise we did not get a call. Would never recommend anyone to stay here, ESPECIALLY if you have a small child.

I paid for 4 nights in advance, including a night prior to my arrival so that I could check in when I got there early in the morning. The took all of the money, charged me an extra $90 and wouldn't give me the room, ducked my calls, gave me the run around when I showed up a second time. And people that I've spoken to about it have had the same problem with them in the past. Just a heads up.

The inn was clean and well cared for. Guess it doesn't take much if no one's there. Never have we been charged for early check in, the room was ready! $25! Never have we needed to present ID for a second key. Traveled with Choice hotels for 7 years and this places staff are sub par. Go in for breakfast.need a meal ticket. Seriously!

Horrible experience. Breakfast was the same egg cheese burrito for 3 days. My credit card was charged 2 different times. For the same 3 day stay.
I ran to visit a friend n my 18 year old son was not able to get back in the room because i was not there. He literally had to stay in the lobby untill i returned.

We pulled in late. The gentleman behind the desk at check in was reasonably fast and quick to get us to our room. So he gets the star. Our first room had a broken door handle and would not allow access to it.
The desk clerk quickly changed our room for us. Second room had a fire alarm shirpping, with no batteries in it, he did give me a new battery, but had to install myself.
There is not really any accommodations for large vehicle parking, but they did allow me to park my truck and trailer, which we had to constantly watch. This is not a good area of Phoenix with homeless and druggies everywhere. Stay inside at nite
