Jake and Ed were very helpful and more than willing to help us find what we needed. Even encouraged out 7 year old to try out her twin mattress to make sure she liked it, of course she was sold. We will be back soon to purchase a king mattress. Highly recommend Sleep Outfitters!

DO NOT TRUST THE RETURN POLICY FROM TEMPUR PEDIC, SLEEP OUTFITTERS IN PHOENIX OR DENVER MATTRESS IN SPOKANE

When Sleep Outfitters in Phoenix delivered to Yuma AZ our new replacement mattress from Temper Pedic, and took the retuned mattress, we told them that this was a return with a 100% refund, they said OK and didn’t question or ask for any info about the return. We understood that to mean they were fully aware this was to be returned to Temper Pedic. At the same time Denver Mattress on N Division St, Spokane WA, where the original/returned mattress was purchased guaranteed we would receive a full refund when the mattress was returned, which we did. However, now we find out the returned mattress was destroyed by Sleep Outfitters and Denver Mattress will not refund until the mattress is in their possession. This was a return due to being sized wrong. I still owe over $3800 on this returned mattress plus the cost of the new custom fit mattress.
