4Arrived at 8: 20 am for a 9 am appointment. It is now 10: 26 am. Went and spoke with the manager and he told me everyone was on break but that they would finish loading me once they returned. Told him they hadn’t even started. No answer as to why?
Checked in at 8am given door immediately for loading and now as of 10am still sitting because they’re working on unloading a dropped trailer that has been here who knows how long. Places like this that drag their feet don’t understand the concept of if the wheels aren’t turning we aren’t earning. We will not be back to this location to load to deliver. Period.
It is a martyrdom, the download is very slow, the most of it, difficult, do not come to this place
If they’re loading your box truck or semi-trailer with mattresses, you better inspect your roof before you leave, because their incompetent employees put a 2’x1’ hole in the roof in the middle of my dry van with the forklift mast and didn’t even bother to tell me about it until after they completely loaded my trailer.
The shipping clerk came outside with the BOL and then told me, “By the way, one of the warehouse workers informed me that they may have put a hole in the roof of your trailer. ”
I made them unload the whole trailer so I can get it repaired.
They paid for it, but I believe they tried to get away with it by not telling me, because they completely loaded the trailer and then told me.
