I have been trying to get an appointment with this facility. I was referred but after receiving my insurance information they never got back to me.

Edit: the response below from the owner is factually inaccurate, and once again trying to blame patient…many delays over weeks throughout the process, and not once did I ever dispute the validity of a copay…I questioned the manner in which they did it, and followed up myself to find out status. Their response just supports my argument of taking no responsibility for poor management and performance on their end, and blaming patient, clearly without understanding facts.

If you get a referral here, ask for another provider. My referral was completely mismanaged this summer, leading to multiple delays, only receiving excuses that they had a bad employee who was terminated who made errors. However, after finally getting an appointment and prescription for CPAP, multiple errors and delays in submitting to the company led to long delays…and more excuses that the gentleman was new. Finally, billing has been a nightmare with accusations of being non-responsive when I have records of communications I initiated, and then claiming things were mailed 4 times, yet conveniently never received. This place is a joke of an operation from the initial scheduling to final billing, and nothing is ever their responsibility, and it is the patient’s fault. Run away!

The team at sleepwerx has been amazing!

I am a provider who works specifically with patients to improve their sleep, breathing, and oral posture and need support with patients and my own family for sleep studies, CPAP, etc.

We reached out due to SLEEPWERX as my partner really needed support to help with his sleep. Very quickly we got him his sleep study, prescription, and unit to start using with in a few days.

He is looking and feeling much better, I AM SLEEPING BETTER!

Wasted a lot of my time doing multiple sleep study sessions with a canula when I told them I breathe through my mouth when I sleep. Terry was also unprofessional in communication. She would joke around and mess with me which I don't appreciate. She would also talk about other patients and her own stories which I had to pretend like I was interested. It was super awkward and uncomfortable for me. Additionally, the sleep study process is exhausting and they were going to make me do it a fourth time after I had "failed" the first few times because machine wasn't right for me.

Everyone that worked there was super friendly and welcoming. Terry went above and beyond and I couldn't be any happier I appreciate them so much. If you're looking for a sleep clinic look no further this is definitely the place to go.

I had a very positive experience with Sleep Werx. From the moment you walk in you feel greeted and comfortable. It is conveniently located and tucked away in a beautiful building which creates a very accommodating and pleasant entrance. The sleep study that I had was unlike the in-lab ones I have had previously. It was a test that was conducted from home. The friendly gentleman in the front had me ring and alert to have the check-in process completed. That comprised of getting my vitals and providing me with a lot of information on how the process was done. Unfortunately there were computer errors that day, so is life, therefore after checking in I was in led to a gorgeous boardroom style office space where I completed a online consultation and information session with the doctor off-site. I felt completely listened to, heard and honored and all of my concerns were addressed. I feel the doctor was completely knowledgeable and the information that she gave me and even equipped me with a whole new way of thinking about sleep and the different interruptions and reasons behind them when we sleep. After completing the call I was then taken back into a room where I was given instruction on how to wear the monitor at night and was given a link in case of problems in the night with the machine therefore I felt.completely prepared. I completed the sleep study that night. I came back the next day and was completely taken back with a level of expertise of the doctor and just how amazing it was to get my results so quickly.in person at that! The doctor was very honest and forthright about my results and had a lovely friendly demeanor. You can tell she was all about business, but in a very professional personal way (which I completely appreciated it). I would definitely recommend Sleep Werx to anyone looking to get a sleep study. I have trouble sleeping in hotels and different environments that are not my own home. Therefore, it was so refreshing to be able to at least have a more normal baseline by sleeping in my own bed and a familiar space. I feel that made the results more accurate. The husband and wife team down there really have a good thing going. My husband is now planning on scheduling a study there latter this year there.

Loved my experience with Terry. She was very thorough and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. She did not seemed rushed at all which made me feel she cared about me and my health. She emailed me resources just after the appointment. I was shocked when I called and had David answer immediately to schedule an appointment. I was also able to get in quickly and had my results the next day! The work flow at the office is amazing and organized. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get a study done in a timely manner and anyone who wants a provider that cares.

PS. With Valley Sleep Center I had waited on hold for 15min only to have the call dropped multiple times. After 40 min of trying to get through I gave. I’m glad I found SleepWerx instead!

The folks at SleepWerx (David and Terry) were very friendly and welcoming. They were both extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They were happy to answer all our questions and concerns. We could not have had a more positive experience.

Beware! They only have 5 star reviews because they hide anything that’s less - I reviewed them previously and my review is no longer showing. Don’t go here - go elsewhere you have way more options that will provide you a better service. I’ll continue posting my review until they stop hiding them

So happy with our experience with David and Terri. Got an appointment right away. Terri and David were wonderful with explaining everything and took their time with you. Did the sleep study overnight at home. Husband is now sleeping so much better, which means, I am too!

They are fantastic to work with, and flexible! The easiest sleep study that I have ever done. I would definitely recommend coming and seeing them to everyone I know.

I have seen Terry at more than one practice and she is the absolute best! She is very thorough, goes above and beyond and has amazing bedside manner! Her patients are her number 1 priority and it definitely shows the minute you walk in! If you have any sleep issues, you definitely want to try SleepWerx
