Smart Start Ignition Interlock, Gilbert AZ

I have been blessed with being a Smart Start customer on 2 different occasions.lol.a handful of years apart. I just finished another 2yr term. I've always had great vibes/ great communication /great service and a great experience with Smart Start on Mesa Dr & San Pedro. I have had 3 vehicles at the same time all on a Smart Start device.their devices never gave me any problems. I know other people that went with other Interlock companies and had horrible experiences. I highly recommend these guy's & this location!

Irene did an amazing job and easing the pain of this process. When I had to get my interlock removed my deferment letter wasn’t loading and she helped find every way to pull it up. Outstanding customer service especially in such an already frustrating situation.

I am sober and haven't had once sip of alcohol since the installation. Not one violation or error. However, DMV was giving me issues for the date i should have it removed when today, 8-17-23 is 6 months. They argued with me and made me feel as i was insane and wrong of the installation date and days counted. Irene, by the grace of god, made one call and now i am going to get the interlock removed. The interlock is my doing and fault but the system isn't always fair. Thank you Irene for giving me peace of mind!

I have to give a huge shout out to Jesus who helped me to start my vehicle today after multiple other locations as well as the 1-800 number were no help. He personally drove down and help me with the vehicle and then helped me to get it to the location to get calibrated. This is the kind of customer service that deserves to be celebrated! After having such a bad experience with the other location I was just so pleased to get some help. I'm back on the road and it's all thanks to Jesus at Smart Start in Gilbert! The whole team was wonderful including my removal which took under 20 minutes. I had a bad experience at another location so I'm so grateful to have found a good one!
