My daughter got her hair cut here and it looks like they used tree trimmers to cut it.

Set an appointment up for 130 via online to get there and be told my appointment was at 4. Looked at my phone and it showed 130. Not gonna be back as is the second time I have attempted to get a haircut here.

I got both of the kids hair cut at this place. The appointment was at 9 but no one was there until 10.
My son's hair cut was done first and I thought it turned out quite well.then my daughter was next. My daughter had an a line cut back at the start of the school year so all we wanted was a slight trim to even it out and the length be the same all around. But the hairdresser had multiple personal visitors whom she talked to for extended amounts of time, so I'm assuming she was rushing or just too distracted. Anyways. As soon as we left, my kid was upset. And i couldnt blame her. It was/is so choppy and uneven! I've never seen such an awful job done by a professional. My baby had picture day the next day and she was so bummed and embarrassed the hair dresser said (while she was finishing the "cut") if we noticed any ewwwys that we could come back and shed fix them for free.but honestly I wouldn't let her near my little girls hair again.

Came in for a simple cut, now my hair is way too short, a little longer/poofier on top and it looks kinda awkward. I told my stylist “3” and to also fade/taper it in on the sides, and without even asking, she brought that 3 down to a 1. Now I look goofy. I can’t go back to work til it grows out

We have given SmartStyle too many chances. My oldest brought her brothers in today for a haircut and they were turned away because "there was no availability. " Yet there were no customers being serviced.local salons will be getting our business from here on out.
