ZERO STAR! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Went here about two weeks ago to get a haircut, but I regretted coming to this place, and I'll never come back again. DEDIREE, who was my hairstylist, gave me the worst haircut ever. I showed her a picture of the style that I want, and told her that the length is shoulder level, but she CHOPPED my HAIR TOO SHORT. I was so disappointed and angry deep inside after seeing my hair too short and too ugly. She could have tested or cut a small amount of hair and asked me if that was the length that I want, but she never did that. She turned me away from the mirror while she was cutting my hair, and never asked me anything. I trusted her to cut my hair the same as the picture I showed her, that's why I didn't mind seeing myself in the mirror while she was cutting my hair. When she was done chopping my hair, she gave me a small mirror to see my hair, and I was totally shocked when I saw it. I really wanted to cry out of disappointment and anger and confront her, but I'm a professional, and don't want to go down to her level. I got the worst haircut ever! If you could avoid DEDIREE, you should avoid her!

Marci was excellent. She is new to this salon but has over 30 years of experience. I followed her from her previous salon. She is excellent in color, perms, cuts, styles and waxing She has performed all of these on me.
