Great staff! I have many layers to my hair and they do a fabulous job. I went here bc my apt at my normal salon was cancelled on short notice. Smart Style got me in the next day! I am so impressed and have been there 4-5 times since. Why pay 65.00 when I can pay 28.00! But since they charge such a reasonable rate- I feel it’s important to tip well! Great job guys and thank you!

Well. I asked for a zero fade no guard. All the way around. She asked if I wanted to leave it longer in the back, I said no not at all. She asked if I wanted to trim the top I said no. She leaves it longer in the back, trims the top and when I said I don't want that she said I need it. I went home and hit my side burns with a one and it's what she cut my hair with, I tried a zero and it took some off. I am so upset with my haircut. Like it literally has me wanting to shave my head right now. Hair grows back tho. Guess I won't go there again.

I haven’t been to a hair salon in 17 years. After a divorce and a move across the country, I decided to finally have my hair done. My stylist was Karen. She did a wonderful job listening to my concerns and what I wanted done. It came out perfect!
They are short staffed there as are most places around here and she was the only one working but she handled all the customers and me with great professionalism! I will defiantly be going back to Karen!

My mom and I have known Karen Furlone for several years. She has 30+ years of cosmetology expertise and experience. She is a very conscientious and detail oriented individual when it comes to any type of hair service, whether it be cutting, perming, coloring, or styling hair. She does an exceptional, and very outstanding job each and every time. She is very diligent in her work and always takes the time and strong effort to make things right for her customers.
She greets you with a big smile, and has a very pleasant and friendly personality!
I have been to other employees in your salon, but you cannot compare Karen to any of your other workers. My mom and I feel that she is the very best in your cottonwood salon, and absolutely one of a kind! We would not go to anyone else, but Karen, if we needed to have our hair done! She takes time with her customers, makes you feel very comfortable, and does an absolute exceptional job every time!
